Great product that I would recommend everyone, first thing I noticed was joint pains disappeared, I was already fairly active at the gym so hard to measure other benifits but I'm definitely satisfied and will he buying again.Only complaint & Reason for the 4 star review is because the serving size and directions for use differ.Serving size is stated at 1g and direction for use is 1 teaspoon (1Us tsp = 5.6g & 1Aus tsp = 5g) so I dose at 1/4tsp approx. 1.5g daily

I forgot I had a jar of this in my pantry, I had been suffering from a tight chest and phlegm with an annoying cough that wouldn't go away for several weeks UNTIL I started taking this. After about 5 days, my chest completely cleared up and I can now breathe properly again. In the past this would have resulted in going to the doctor for antibiotics if my chest got worse - happy to say not anymore!! This stuff is all you need!!

Excellent product.It has become a regular part of my morning routine along with the mushrooms formula. I can happily report, I have noticed a dramatic change in my mood for the better, little to no anxiety and my energy levels have improved a great deal also. Great product, noticed more energy and just an overall better feeling throughout the day. taste isn’t the best, busy mixing it a teaspoon of coffee helps first thing in morning. Only let down was my bottle didn’t last as long a it says. Even with correct dosage.

I've been taking Himalayan Shilajit for just over a week now and i can already feel the benefits. It definitely gives me more energy and has increased my Libido a lot even in a short period of time. Love the product, I'm even getting used to the taste. The only negative would be that volume of product, I don't see how this would last me 100 servings. I'm only having half a teaspoon once a day instead of a full teaspoon because of this and I've only had the product for 4 weeks and I probably have a week's worth left.
It taste like rubber tire water but I am a convert. Since taking everyday I already lost a dress size, less bloated, way more energy, and way better mood. Even though I eat a balanced diet, I must have been deficient in some trace minerals. My husband is also a convert and now makes it for us in the morning.
This is my second jar of the magic powder energy levels up tiredness levels improved out of site went through prostate cancer end of january and started taking shilajit straight after the operation help keep muscle and fitness levels up until returning to gym after 6 weeks away from training . I'd read up on this supplement before my journey had my doubts about it but I was 100% wrong . It's helping me so much since my operation I can't recommend it enough for a 63 year old man .
