This tea tastes delicious. I love that it has individual packets so I can take this in my handbag. But for a regular user item I would prefer to have less packaging. I take Tulsi tea for benefits of detoxing, calming and grounding. It's a lovely blend with ginger and helps with sore tummy or to boost immunity if I have a sore throat. I plan to buy again.

I am always in pursuit of natural ways to keep my blood pressure in check, and one of the reported benefits of Ashwagandha is lowering blood pressure. I drink several teas from Organic India, which creates high quality teas, so thought I would give their Tulsi Ashwagandha a try. It is not necessarily flavorful, but I drink tea for health benefits, not flavor. I don't actually know if it is specifically helping with my blood pressure, but it is definitely not hurting it. I am adding this tea to my weekly mix of teas!

Ashwaganda is great to calm and relieve the stress from body. It is famous adaptogen and support immune function. The package of Organic India is good, but price is high for just 18 servings. Taste is also just ok, but this should not be a problem because health benefits are more important, moreover I have found that most herbal teas tastemore or less the same. But good caffeine free tea with calming effects.
This tea is so refreshing and delicious. I love Organic India teas but has never had this one. It’s so good over ice during the day and a warm mug at night feels relaxing. I have occasional stomach issues and this tea soothes my stomach. It’s also great instead of a sweet treat so keeps me honest with my calories. It’s caffeine free so I don’t feel jumpy. I have been brewing it a few times a week and love it and will be ordering again!
