I am a vegan, and enjoy making lattes with microwaved oat milk and instant coffee powder. Hardly a coffee snob, but one step up from those latte packets (which also contain milk!) I enjoyed the taste of this- reminds me of the oat milk from avery famous chain of coffee shops named after the First Mate in a well know book about a big whale. I'm sure you can work out what I mean! :) I has a distinctive aftertaste, and I'd say is best suited to lattes. Notably different (in a good way) from other well know premium oat milks. Try it! :)

I use a whisk-style milk foamer which also heats the milk, and at the standard setting (60?C), this milk splits and the foam collapses in a way that no other barista plant milk has on that setting in the same machine. Tried today in 'manual' mode to see what temperature I can take it up to - it split before it even reached a good drinking temperature. Only slightly warmer than lukewarm. Tastes fine, hence two stars - a bit creamy for my taste but some will prefer that, and nice enough in cereal etc. But it's supposed to be foamable and the foaming issues are why I won't be buying this again.

I purchased 12 cartons of this oat drink because it was on special offer and I figured it's the barista version so it would be great. I was wrong! So wrong!Apart from.being tasteless and watery it doesn't froth when heated, which defeats the object of barista style milk.I regret trying to save money buying in bulk but thankfully we are down to our last 5 cartons. If you are use to the rich, creamy, tasty froth of Oatly then don't buy this product. You will be seriously disappointed.

I had this in my basket even though I actually don't think I put it in there! Odd... but I drink soya vanilla in my coffee (and cereals) and so thought I'd try this anyway. First I tried it on its own to sample the flavour - and it really is nice. It doesn't have that 'carboardy' flavour that some alternative milks (especially unsweetened as this is) have. I did a mix of this with my soya vanilla (as I LOVE the sweetness and vanilla with my coffee) in my frother and it did froth well - and taste good - HOWEVER, as soon as I added chocolate powder, it was like adding talcum powder to bath bubbles, and the bubbles dispersed. So I'm not sure I am swayed (can't have my coffee without my sprinkles!) - though for baking and cereals, I think I'd enjoy it.
It?s not bad and it?s certainly one of the better ones out there, but it?s not my favorite by any stretch of the imagination. It?s a perfectly tasty oat milk and works well in a cup of tea but I wouldn?t want to drink it on its own. The additional sunflower oil is definitely noticeable for me and gives it the same oily undertones that many oat milks seem to suffer from. I only really buy this if/when my oat milk of choice is unavailable.
Best overall oat milk creamer just shake the carton prior to pouring and you get a beautiful foam on top. Great creamy and silky smooth finish that really allows the coffee to shine rather than over power and put all the flavor on the cream. This is a creamer for those who truly enjoy a great quality cup of coffee also it’s organic which is a major plus because that’s rare with oat milk creamer.
I selected this free product (for review) as I am a regular consumer of oat milk (barista versions). The taste is fine, and is a personal thing, but I prefer thicker barista milks for mixing with coffee and found this slightly thin (especially for a barista milk). In spite of it being a thinner milk, it did not curdle at all.
I was given a code to try this Organic Oat Milk for free. We don’t usually buy oat milk so weren’t sure what it would be like but it is delicious for coffee, smooth, creamy and slightly sweet (although no sugar is added). I didn’t try frothing it or anything fancy, just made a straight flat white. I would consider buying this as an alternative to our usual semi-skimmed goats milk. The packaging looks a bit odd, not sure what a bird costume has to do with oats but don’t let that put you off.
I came across this brand in my favourite coffee shop yesterday and all I can say is..... WOW!! Why? Because we (my husband and i) could actually taste the coffee with this plant milk. It took the flavour profile to a whole other level. My hubby is not a lover of plant milk, but he has now had a mind shift. Looking forward to trying it in other mediums.
I usually use moma or oatly. I always try others when I see because I use barista oat milk every day and it's something that seems to frequently be subject to stock issues. I like to be prepared to try others, my first coffee can set me up for the day! This has a deeply unpleasant almost savoury taste and a strong after taste. The texture was odd as well, it didn't quite hold together in coffee , not quite separated but you could feel it. Not what you want to happen. I won't buy it again, even if the others are out of stock. I wanted to like it but really didn't
