Fantastic for summer hair!

I absolutely LOVE this product!! I wasn't expecting it to do much--maybe make my split ends look less noticeable?--but I was really impressed. I have wavy hair (2a/2b) that can get a little frizzy or just kind of puffy and shapeless when it's humid. I was just on a beach vacation with pretty much no time to style my hair so I tried using this. I would put it on my damp hair (mainly the ends but up to mid shaft) and then let it air dry (sometimes putting it in a bun while it dried). The results were great! It brought out my waves and took away the frizz. If I needed a little extra once it was dry I'd put a dab on the ends and then apply the lightest touch around the flyaways around the crown of my head. It worked like a charm! Influenster sent me a full sized Oribe Supershine product in collaboration with Sephora and I absolutely love it!! Not only does it smell good it really is great. It helps with the knots in my hair as well as making my hair feel and look amazing in my opinion hah. I have really long hair that is pretty thick and I always love a great product that helps manage and maintain it. It helps with any frizz my hair starts up and really helps with split ends which keeps my hair from breaking as much. My hair feels so smooth and soft after application and stays that way for hours. You can use the cream through out the day as well on your dry hair. In love, perfect for thick hair

I’ve been using this for two weeks now and am blown away. I have thick, straight, chemically treated hair and dryness and dullness are both things I struggle with. On top of that, I live in a hard water zone, which only exacerbates my issues.While oils are nice, I find that they grease up my hair without adding the weight I need to take flyaways. I can really only use oil on my ends unless I have a wash day planned the same night. The Oribe cream adds the moisture I need to make my hair manageable without the oil/grease — so I can use this all over. I typically do some on my towel dried hair, and then on my flyaways and baby hairs after styling. Love for Curly Hair

I love this product. I was sent this to review but I’ve also been using the Oribe Curl Butter for several years now so I know I really like their products. If you’re wondering the difference between those two, the curl butter is heavier and more moisturizing. This one feels very light, still a bit moisturizing but doesn’t weigh down my curls. I have very dry, thick, and curly hair so I was surprised to like this one so much, which seems less moisturizing. This product made my hair more curly and bouncy than the curl butter. My friend used both and the curl butter almost looked “greasy” in her thinner hair. I was really excited to try this product because my daughter and I both have dry hair. In some ways this exceeded my expectations but in other ways it fell short. It smells great & the bottle is beautiful. The smell is nice but not overwhelming. It is easy to apply to your hair and is for real very moisturizing. If I still straightened my hair I imagine I would've fell in love with this. However I wear my hair curly and this didn't really suit curls. This product did not define and tame natural curls on it's own and did not layer well with other products. It weighed down our curls and left them with no nice definition. For reference, I have very long, non-porous type 1C-2A hair. Sections of my hair have been lightened and are quite porous, so it can be tricky to find products that work well for my different porosity levels. I recently brought this with me on a trip, and it really took away the frizziness in my hair. This product is expensive, but they do sell a smaller size for a cheaper amount for those who would like to keep buying this product, but without breaking the bank. I love the scent, It smells very expensive and luxurious, but not in a way where it's at all too strong.
