If I could give this zero stars I would. Don’t waste your money. A cheaper option was available but we decided on this one which was double the price - mistake! Save your money and buy a nose frida or something similar for a fraction of the price instead. Utterly disappointed.

We tried the manual one you pump with your hand.Tried the one you suck with your mouth and after those two we ordered this oricom.Super happy with it, it is easy and collects lots of snot.It’s also super easy to clean and the best part is that my now 1yr old thinks it’s great so I don’t have to fight him to get it out.Tip: use immediately after bath, or if you don’t drop it in, while they’re in the bath.He goes to bed with a clear nose and can breath easily.Win Win Win

I have tried the nasal aspirator with my two children. I find the shorter attachment great for my 18 month as it is easier to get into her larger nostril when she is moving around a lot. When she is sleeping I prefer to use the longer attachment because it seems to fit better into her nostril for a thorough clean out. I find the longer attachment better for my newborn as she has quite small nostrils and it fits perfectly inside. The shorter attachment doesn’t quite go deep enough into her nostril for a thorough clean. I like that the attachments are soft and flexible, and I feel confident that my child is safe when I’m putting them into her nose. I loved this product it did everything that it was supposed to. My children however hate it! Have to hold them down to use. But it works. Until the suction randomly just stopped working. Mid flu season might I add.I rang the Oricom support line and the lady was amazing! She just told me to try cleaning it the way the website recommends and if that didn't work then she would organise a replacement. And she did, even a month out of warranty. Thank goodness, feeling very greatful for such a wonderful experience. This simple act of kindness and feeling of caring for their customers has put faith back into me that I would purchase oricom products in future.Thanks Janet
This was a life saver when our 8 month old got COVID; and all other germs that came along with starting daycare. Feeding her was impossible while her nose was blocked, this thing sucked it straight out so she could eat & drink comfortably again. Wouldn't even bother with the manual aspirators, just buy one of these bad boys!!
Stopped working randomly after 6 months, received a replacement after going to hell and back. Now the second one has also stopped working after 6 months?! Now have to go back to hell to get it replaced again. Would only recommend if you have $100 to burn every 6 months, or the time to get it replaced every 6 months.
We use this on our congested newborn multiple times a day, he got vivid at 2 weeks old & has been congested since. It fits in his little nose & has good suction. It’s easy to clean out too.
I have 2 of it, it’s the best I have used as my babies have allergies. They are comfortable and doesn’t hurt my babies’ noses. Collects a lot of snot and is easy to use and clean. I had some issues but customer support (Marilee) have gone above and beyond in resolving my issues. I highly recommend their products as I know they look after their customers
This is the actual worst product on the market.Used on and off for not even 3 months, within the first 2 weeks I had snot spitting at me out of an exit air hole on the side of the device. I emailed them and they weren't all that helpful, so I kept using it as per instructions. Cleaning it as per instructions. It has now stopped working.Emailed them for a replacement, asked for a receipt, model number etc. Sent it through to them, and they have requested I post the old one back.. a used , germy bacteria filled snot sucking machine.. in the post.. where not only Australia post have to interact with the parcel but the people who collect the post and process returns have to touch it? We have been tossing up whether it was worth the investment to an electric nasal aspirator, and after a few weeks of use, I'm so glad we did. The sickness has been constant this season and this gives me peace of mind that bub will get a little bit of a reprieve from the constant runny noses. It's quite, easy to charge, and arrived really quickly. Works the best when paired with a saline spray, to really help clear it out. Highly recommend this device, wish we had got it sooner!
