Thanks Marc! I've been staring at this lovely Orient Bambino since I got it 3 days ago. Truly stunning, prob better than in the pics. Accuracy around +10-11 secs a day, beating an ETA 2824-2 that I'm also wearing as a comparison (Schwarzkopfing, to make up a new verb). Other watch manufacturers say how difficult it is to make a domed non-acrylic crystal, yet here we have a mineral crystal that looks retro yet is harder. And the brushed sides are thinner than I'd thought, so the watch is pretty slim too, which is great. I put it straight away on the deployant I also bought from you. The leather has a sheen to it, but it goes well with the watch. Took 14 days to get to me in the UK, fyi. Thank you so much Marc, I am truly delighted!

The watch looks like it is more expensive than it really is. The black dial is a rich color. The silver indices complement the dial very well. The price point can't be beat. You get a lot of bang for the buck. While it is in no way a high end Japanese or Swiss watch, it absolutely compares favorably to them. I recommend this watch to anyone who is interested in a nice dress watch that won't break the bank. So go ahead and enjoy your purchase.
The watch came quickly after ordering it, only took about a week to arrive. The second hand ticks about four times per second as it travels. It winds up quickly and the power reserve is good for about two days of non-wear. The band is great quality for one that comes with the watch. I really love the face, it reminds me of a Nomos without the massive price tag that is attached to it. I wish the date was at the 6 o'clock location rather than the 3 o'clock, but it's not a huge deal. The crystal sticks up about two or three millimeters from flush so you must be mindful of the watch as you move around or you risk scratching it.All in all, I am very satisfied with this watch. Watches arrived in Canada very quick and without any additional brokerage fees, or duty to be paid! I bought 2 identical watches, one for me and one for Dad. Both watches are excellent in terms of their accuracy and they both work perfectly. One watch is also perfect with its hour marker alignment, while the other is not. One watch has the 12 position noticeably crooked, or off center. I notice it every time I look at it. Other than that however, both watches are very nice and work perfectly. I only wish I had two cosmetically perfect and identical watches, not one out of two.
Good looking affordable automatic watch. Was looking for a white dial watch to wear as a casual/dress watch. Chanced out the strap with a lighter brown gator style leather strap with cream colored thread. Cave it a more sporty look. Its an Orient Bambino version II automatic with manual wind, hacking, polished stainless steel on top and brushed on the sides, solid case back, signed crown, 40.5mm case, 12mm thick, 21mm lugs, 47mm lug tip to tip, domed mineral crystal. Orent watches are one of the best watches that nobody has heard of. You get more bang for your buck$.
Consider the price you are paying for this watch. Now consider how much watch you get for that price. This watch definitely punches above its weight. The Orient Bambino Gen. 2 Ver. 1 is simple, clean, timeless, and gorgeous. As much as home under a dress shirt sleeve as it is on the bare arm on a casual weekend, versatility is the name of the game. It could easily pass as a $500+ watch. With its in-house Orient movement, you can't beat the quality at this price point.
