I brought 2 to use so that I just use my shure 44-7s for gig purposes only. So in comparison of both side by side the the Pro S didn’t do as Bad as I thought. I gave them a heavy handed practice session and they held up. My only complaint is you would have to EQ your sound a bit more.For the money, practice, or beginner DJ you can’t beat it!

Good upgrade from the oem cartridge i had. Tracks well and sounds pretty good. The tracking weight recommended on the included slip in the box is different from what I've seen recommended online, but beyond that it was relatively painless to set up. Would recommend!

Firstly, excellent service and super prompt delivery from djkit.Just fitted this to my pro-ject Bluetooth speaker to replace a Ortofon OM 5E cartridge. Took about five minutes to fit and aligned perfectly first time .Now it s fitted and the sound quality appears to be great and much approved from what I was experiencing in the last few weeks.Really good depth of sound and tone.Many Thanks

PREVEIOUSLY, MY FAVORITE WAS THE SHURE SC35-C, ALSO AVAILABLE FROM B&H. NOW, SINCE I HAVE THIS CART, THE SHURE IS IN RETIREMENT. I'M USING VINTAGE TURNTABLES TO EVALUATE; GARRARD 301, THORENS TD-1111124, EMPIRE 208, LENC0 L-75. Excellent cartridges crisp clear soundsGreat for scratching styles very impressed.And was easy to put together with the headshell.
I bought these because of the price plus i needed new carts. i picked these up and they sound great! they are alright for scratch dj's such as myself, they do skip around quite a bit but still very good. they work well with traktor vinyl. My only gripe about these is that they sound terrible on loud pressings such as bass heavy 12'' singles. If you play hard dance music like UK Hardcore or Hardstyle on vinyl id recommend something else. but if you spin trance music or just use DVS Vinyl (Serato, Traktor) Youll be fine :)
Having to replace both carts so close to Xmas meant I was on a serious budget. Having said that, these are performing as well as my last ones which were twice the price! Good stability and nice clear sound across the range. There is a variety of music played through them, from drum and bass, old hardcore, techno, house, even some Oasis! Very impressed.
Very pleased with my overall experience and purchase. The Ortofon OM S stylus is a good solid affordable stylus. It sounds very good and accentuates responsive bass. They were very easy to install.
Really good sound and decent scratch from these. And an absolute steal for the price. Very happy :)
