I just got this Osprey Fanny pack and I love it. It is well made and a little larger than I expected. There is plenty of space. I also think when you have it fully packed it doesn’t bulge out like many Fanny packs. It fits very well and is very comfortable. The interior pockets are designed well. Zipper ends are well designed and easy to use.

I needed a way to carry a few items for when I walk the dog and this Waist Pack is perfect for the job. It leaves my hands free and it easy to reach what I need. I will also use it while traveling when its not necessary to carry a purse. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought the black version of this pack because I thought the choices were gaudy. It has nice compartments with easy access zippers- they added a loop at each end. The size of the pack would be overwhelming on a small person. The belt is not a clasp but is a single flat buckle. I prefer the clasp style for easy, consistent off/ on.

Well made, just will not serve the purpose for purchase. Clunky, still, awkward pack. I was hoping it would be smaller, my main purpose for this pack was to be for cell phone protection while scrambling rock formations in MOAB UT. This pace slips on the hips, does not shoulder wear well, no strap padding. So large it will cause excessive sweating when worn on waist.
Searched far and wide to see what exists in the waist pack world but came back to Osprey. Same quality thoughtfulness in design I expect from them. The petrol blue colour is quite nice btw.This was a gift for an older person and she adores it, often times wearing it as a sling. The compartments mean she doesn't have to carry her full size backpack everywhere or pocketed pants anymore.Most important thing IMO is that the size is just right, it's useful without being overwhelming. I have not tried it for high intensity activity though.
I like to carry all my important documents, cash, cards, etc. in a waist pack while traveling. I love that this pack has a zippered mesh compartment in the larger pocket where I can fit my passport. The clasp is on the side, not on the very back of the belt like other waist packs I’ve had. This makes the Day Lite comfortable when sitting down, and I always worry about theft so I like that the buckle is tucked away. The back is nicely padded and the shape of the pack distributes weight well. This is a very thoughtfully designed and durable pack, as expected from Osprey.
I own many OSPREY BRAND camping/hiking backpacks, regular everyday backpacks, numerous hydration pouches and they are ALL EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY BACKED BY INDUSTRY BEST BRAND IN THIS LINE OF PRODUCT. I needed a simple pouch for everyday use, ie... carrying my wallet, cellphone and keys. This pouch fulfill all my needs and the quality as always is superb.I will look to purchase another one shortly in different color.
Bought this as a gift for my partner. As she is a size 8 the bag was on the large side and the belt could not be shortened enough. My partner also found the buckle a little difficult to undo, it was located within a pocket so not easy to unclip. I thought it was a great idea and had no problems unclipping it! I returned it hassle free. My star rating reflects the experience of my partner.
In the days of COVID this is a school teacher MUST! Having to carry hand sanitizer, markers/pens, phone and Walkie talkie can be cumbersome. This pack is comfortable to wear all day and you don’t even notice it’s even around your waist. The sunglasses/electronic pouch is not ideal for sunglasses as it is not lined and I’m worried it will end up scratching my lenses. It is the perfect size for my iPhone 7 Plus which is a bigger sized phone. Great for hiking, shopping and everyday use. I highly recommend this product!
Perfect size to carry daily stuff or important items for short trip. It is very light weight but well build bag for travel for everyday. 2 liters volume is optimal size to carry daily stuff and it is not very heavy. I bought it for my daughter to use in Asia and it came right on time before she goes.
