Purchased to replace the all but pointless OEM halogens in my Land Rover. These are significantly better in all regards. The side-to-side spread of light is much better than the originals and the distance the beam illuminates is in a different league. If you have a bog basic Evoque and, like me, have to use your fogs to supplement the very poor OEM halogens, then these are for you. They're not xenon HID's but they're much better than basic halogens and better than the very expensive LED's I tried first. I should have come to "Ring Ultima's" first.

Definitely better than the original lights. But could still be better.
Pros: gives a significantly better night vision compared to regular halogen bulbs. Cons: lifetime is shorter than regular bulbs. Although it is specified on the box, you can know it only when you receive it.
definite improvement in night time lighting compared to OEM standard bulb. I would nevertheless prefer even better, but aparently such an upgrade would not be legal !!.. very strange when I look at the lights of modern cars !!

My car is an Alfa GTV. I bought these bulbs and frankly they made only a little difference. I have subsequently had the lights adjusted to their optimum. The lights are ok but not up to my expectations. Worth the thick end of 30? Not really. I will be looking to buy a HID conversation kit or go LED.
Swapped the originally fitted bulbs with these in about 30 minutes. Muck better lighting for dark roads.
these are worse than my 4 year old philips. wont be buying them again, but too much trounle to swap out at the moment to return.
