Used it for one night, and though the small size was very comfortable and a perfect fit I would want to warn others that the 'handle' on the plug is way too small. It took me over 30 minutes with the help of my husband with tweezers to remove it from the ear canal. The medium size was too big as it hurt my ears within 5 minutes of wear, so was not my size.Great product, but needs a think over regarding a handle.

I was hoping these ear plugs would be the solution for my partner’s snoring, that I would be able to sleep in a bed next to him soundly with these in. These earplugs have saved my marriage. My Husband is a shocking snorer. I have try different earplugs, but Otifleks worked the best. They can take time to get use to them but they are the best. I can sleep in my own bed with my Husband.
I can not review these items yet as i have not used them, i am hoping that they will work as i am holidaying with my sister soon and her snoring is like zoo at night time.
They fit nice and snug in my ears, but I didn't find it comfortable sleeping with these so have only used them once.
It's overpriced online compared to a chemist. The sizing was also too small so it's best to check in store.
