Case is strong and big. Limited color options are not desirable. It seems bulky but I am not used to a bigger phone. Shipping took a very long time in comparison to most other purchases from online sellers.

I am a long time Otterboxer. I am clumsy, I don't baby my phone BC I can't be bothered to. OtterBox has ALWAYS kept my phones safe and protected from the millions of drops and bumps they get. I will never use anything other. If you're like me....you shouldn't either.

Whilst overall this does feel like a quality product and undoubtedly delivers the promises protection, at this price point my expectation is that fitment should be near perfect. After refitting this case multiple times, the silicone sleeve will not sit flush with the plastic housing.

Like another reviewer here had the same issue with the clip snapping clean off. I was maybe on my 3rd or 4th time wearing it when I was walking out of a store a week ago and it just fell onto the floor. The case saved it as it should have, and a I had to pay $10 for processing a warranty claim less than a month of owning. Needless to say this will be getting returned for my money back or store credit. For as much money as it costs this is unacceptable. This is the 3rd poor design or quality issue that I have had recently with Otterbox cases and the first time that I have had a clip of theirs snap off like this which is identical to the previous reviewers photo.
The phone case is very nice, no problem there. The problem is with the instructions to open the case. The picture wasn’t very clear and it was very frustrating. Daughter tried to force it in! Some people destroy their phone trying to force into case. We were searching online for help. Luckily, Husband saw the problem before that happened.

I've had an OtterBox since my first GS2. When I bought my Pixel 7, I thought it was too delicate and was afraid I would damage it. Once I got the new OtterBox, all is well! I have dropped and beat up my phones for 10 years. With OtterBox, I have never had to replace a phone. Never had a phone damaged or not working. Will never own a phone without one.
The screen is unprotected. I should've paid attention to the features but assumed it covered the screen as I had Otterbox for an earlier version of the Pixel. A wallet style provides full screen protection.
I have always used OtterBox cases for the full protection offered. I prefer having everything besides the screen covered and I prefer the material to be a grippy rubber material.Before the Google Pixel, I had the iPhone 12pro max which by comparison to the Pixel was a TANK. I wanted a case which would provide enough extra heft without being over the top and this defender pro series is the perfect middle ground. It's for a nice square shape compared to prior versions and enables the camera cutout to be nicely useable without the bump the camera causes on the bare phone itself.The colors : dark blue with a tan border; happen to be my favorite color combination. Great made case. Fits snuggly. Bomb proof protection. For me, though, ended up being too bulky to store in my pocket throughout the day. Ended up going with a slimmer model.
