Smells amazing and Oxbow makes great quality hay. It's the best hay widely available by a long shot. I only tried botancial once (bc the rabbit rescue we were adioting from would not start processing our adiotion unless we actually put hay out, despite the fact that it'd be weeks before we got him. It was during a bad time locally in the pandemic and we tried many places but could only find botanical). It smelled really nice, but ultimately our bunny seemed to like Timothy better (and it's better for their health), so we only bought it once. A one bunnies aren't that into timothy hay, so it's definitely great that these other varieties are available, too.

My rabbits have loved sweet, crunchy treat-like hays their whole lives. I usually find my Oxbow products from Bosley’s! Very fair value for the quality. Defiantly planning to buy again and would recommend to all other Rabbit owners as a sweet treat aside to their Timothy!

My rabbit has eaten Timothy hay all of his life but he can’t get enough of this botanical hay. So much so that he snubs all others. My only complaint is that it only comes in 15 oz. Plastic bags which which adds more plastic to the environment.

You can't go wrong with Oxbow. The quality is excellent and most importantly it is one of the better brands to feed to a bun. From feed to hay, to treats and toys, all the items I buy for my 2 year old Mini Plush Lop has been and always will be Oxbow brand. And of course, the actual customer loves it too. He gobbles it right up!
This is a wonderful Western timothy hay blend-- and the minute I opened the bag I could smell the delicious chamomile and lavender. My 9 year old bunny has always been a good hay eater but he LOVES this hay so much and I love spoiling him with it. He's a senior citizen now & should get what he wants! :)
This is good quality hay and my rabbit likes it, In response to the current one other review, I don't remove "sharp" pieces because our vet tells me that unlimited hay is the best thing for keeping a rabbit's teeth filed down and I figure that the harder bits do a better job than only softer pieces of hay. He has never had an eye injury from eating hay...not that it's impossible for that to happen, but it's not something I worry about. .
Was always told to purchase Oxbow hay products for our rabbits. At one time their hay was very good, but now every bag we buy is full of dried out "straw-like" yuck which the rabbits will not eat. Shame on you. Get your act together and stop selling inferior hay.
Our rescue bunny is picky when it comes to hay. We’ve tried Timothy, Orchard, something with toppings, and the Botanical Hay. Botanical is by far her favorite. The smell is pleasant and fresh. It comes in just the right size packaging and the Petco price can’t be beat.
Love the mix of herbs with the timothy hay, and my rabbit seems to as well! This is his nighttime hay, and he doesn’t get pellets at night, but he always runs to this when it comes out of the bag! Careful when first opening the bag, though. Mine ripped through the ziploc and got everywhere.
This hay smells very tempting! You can smell the difference between it and just plain timothy hay. There are plenty of heads, which my guinea pig likes. However, there seems to be mainly long, hard stalks. My piggy prefers softer stalks, but she is extremely fussy. I've been trying to find the right brand of hay for her, and this is one that she will at least eat most of what I put out for her. I will buy it again.
