I use these containers daily for my salad dressings. I think they can hold 2-4 ounces? I am not sure, but I know that one container is enough to hold two servings of my homemade dressings. They don't leak so I don't have to worry about a mess in my lunch bag. The glass is thick and didn't break when I accidently dropped one of the containers on my tile floor. I definitely recommend the smart seal 4-pc square glass food storage set.

Excellent glass storage cups. When closed and secured they are water tight. Small cups are great at storing a small amount of wet items so you do not make the rest of your food soggy. I usually carry fruit for yogurt or salad dressing for lunches in them. The flaps of the lids make them a little bulky for their size so storage may be a problem if you are tight on space. Otherwise, they are an excellent storage solution.
These are so cute! I must admit they're a bit smaller than I thought they'd be but whatever. They'll be great for that little bit of leftover sauce or maybe filled with some chocolate to dip my fruit in at lunch. The possibilities are numerous!
