It took a few tries but I have finally found a decent Turner for non-stick pans. It is quite thin and just flexible enough for turning eggs etc. Being silicon it can be used at higher temperatures than most other turners and doesn't start to deteriorate. A winner

Eight years of almost daily use, so I am satisfied with the durability.I don't know if you have an "egg pan" in your home, but we do. This is the "egg spatula" that makes the whole operation work like a charm. Can't say enough good things about it. (I know. It's just a spatula... But it's an awesome spatula.)

Excellent flipper, a little heavy with the metal handle. This is the second one I purchased - first one didn’t have the metal & unfortunately I snapped it in a drawer… I’m no longer storing it in a drawer. This will always be my favourite kitchen utensil.
I bought this product to use for flippingand removing eggs in my fry pan without breaking a runny yolk. Thiness of spatula makes this easier. The width is perfect. The length of the entire product is also perfect for me. Pricey, but this is a high quality product that will last. I highly recommend this product.
Silicon kitchen item. Right size for flipping most type of food especially pancakes or eggs. Very versatile and long lasting if well looked after.Only advise I might have is not to let it rest on its end edge by itself on any hot surface for a any period of time of it will distort or even melt the edge.Other than that it is a very good product.
Nylon and plastic spatulas pit fine scratches on my nonstick pans. This spatula is a silicone encased metal spatula. The super soft and bendy silicone does not scratch. The metal inner spatula gives the whole thing strength. The spatula's thinness makes it relatively easy to slide it underneath delicate foods like fried eggs. Great spatula.
I don't cook as often as I should, but this is a go to spatula.I got this when dropping my third job as a PT merchandiser (kitchen/appliance dept. in elect. store...) with my discount before I left, and it is the second most loved item from that shopping spree (the dispensing water kettle is more used). I chose it because my supervisor raved about his so often..Silicone tools tend to have an advantage to nylon/melanine because it's harder to melt, can squegee stuff around the pan, and is softer -so your non-stick pan lives a little longer. Also you don't have to instruct/restrict others from using it to keep them from accidentally damaging your favorite cookware. It took me till this spatula to get over my uneasyness about silicones. It hasn't de-laminated in 3 years for me yet, but I use it once a week. If you are really rough, it's better the spatula takes the hit vs a $50+ pan. If it sits unsed (after DW it) the silicone can oxidise a little depending on your detergent. So be willing to switch detergents if that does happen.
I have a old, wide bladed plastic spatula that I just love. It bends easily but is firmer in the middle. It still flexes and will lift things like giant pancakes in a small pan, easily. I got this silicone one to replace or assist my current one. Sadly, while the spatula is very well made, it has a metal or some other hard material inside the silicone covering. So, the blade flexes but only until the hard inner part is reached. It is nice on my non-stick pans and would recommend it if you are looking for something somewhat flexible.
