Decided to give this set a try after husband has stained many of my plastic containers trying to heat things in the microwave. They are BPA-free borosilicate glass so the bowls can go from the freezer to the oven or microwave and then straight to the table. I like the fact that you can easily identify what is in the container since it is clear glass. The leak proof lids make them great for storing all kinds of leftovers. The lids, however, are not the easiest to use. It takes some practice and I worry about how they will hold up over time. The lock down lids take some pressure and seem to work easiest when you latch them down with two hands on opposite tabs. The bowls stack nicely inside each other for storage and the gasket is removable for easy, thorough cleaning.

I am eliminating storing food in plastic. These are awesome. They can go from the fridge to the microwave or oven, something the plastic storage containers can't do. Being round, it is easy to get all the food out of the container.

We've had these glass storage containers for a few weeks and so far they are great. They arrived quickly and in excellent condition, as expected. The glass feels quality and substantial. The seal also feels quality. They have so far hand washed well. I hope that these hold up for a good amount of time.

The OXO Good Grips SNAP glass round food storage containers are excellent. This set consists of four different sized bowls with snap-on lids. The lids snap on tight, and the glass bowls can be used in the microwave. I ended up buying two sets of the round bowls, and one set of the OXO Good Grips SNAP oblong containers with lids. I store cut fruits, vegetables, rice, soup, meat, etc., in the fridge in these and the food stays fresh much longer than using plastic containers. For example, the large bowl could hold a bunch of fresh broccoli, and the smallest bowl half an onion. I also use them to cook scrambled eggs in the microwave. These bowls also clean up perfectly in the dishwasher. Love them!!
