I have used this product for years now. I have to wear a lens which is a combination of a prescription lens and a cosmetic lens as I have an enlarged pupil which lets too much light in. Other solutions were damaging the opacity of the opaque iris on the lens so I called the manufacturer who recommended Oxysept 1 Step. It is an excellent product and is very easy to use.

The box says one step. Actually you have to mix 2 different products, so 2 steps. I though it was just one step like the other lens products, and it was very painful when I put my lens back on my eye (thank god I didn’t put both at the same time)

I have tried other option contact lense solutions over past 20 years,nothing has come close to comfort and cleaning though of Oxysept!Like the fact the pink tablet positively neutralises the cleaning stageplus its obvious when the process is complete - so NO chance of eye discomfort!!
I have used both specsavers and vision express all in one solutions, but nothing to beat old is gold. They come with the neutralising tablets, and they make all the difference in protein disinfection, and so much easier to use. But best is to let them neutralise over night. Remember in the morning the solution should be pink. If it isn't then you forgot to put the tablet in.
I have been wearing soft contact lenses for over 30 years, and over that time I have tried many different cleaning systems. This is the best, in my view: safe, reliable and thorough. The new ones where you rub the lenses with the fluid is fine for short periods, while travelling, but it's necessary to give the lenses a good cleanse after that, so I'll stick with this product. It's a shame they don't do a travel-sized version.
I bought this when Boots no longer inexplicably stopped selling their Deep Cleaning System for soft contacts as I get a lot of build up daily on my lenses that requires more than saline solution. I found this system to be fiddly (with the tablets) and not as cleansing as other similar products, leaving me with itchy, uncomfortable eyes. I've now turned to another shop for my contact solution needs and use Bausch & Lomb EasySept Peroxide Solution instead.
I believe this is the very best cleaning/disinfecting solution available. Nothing gets past Oxysept! I've been using it for years and never have any problems.
I bought this as my usual brand was out of stock. There are too many steps involved to get your contact lenses cleaned, plus it feels like you are using a lot more products than with other brands. Does the job, but won't buy again.
My eyes are burning so badly and I had to throw my contact lenses worth 80 pounds. Worst experience ever. Don't buy
