1. The oxyshred was the main reason I ordered. The flavor was awful, the jar came with huge clumps in it and there was no scooper. Also felt very nauseas after drinking.2. The protein power is AWFUL. The free leggings are not true to color and completely see-through. You can see a scar on my leg through them. OMG! so I was hesitant when this flava was dropped, not knowing what it would taste like (as I was hooked on the guava flavor). I do not like sweet workout drinks think they taste artificial BUT this flavor right here (proton plasma) is hitting!! it's not too sweet and not too tart is has the perfect blend EVEN MY HUSBAND LOVED THE TASTE (which was a surprise within it self)!Besides the great taste this gets the job done and has helped me so much on my weightloss journey the boost that it gives without the jitters it hands down the best! Combine this with the Pride pre-workout and you will be in beast mood for your workout!Please keep this flavor this is my new favorite.

I love that they are plant-blased and also have high protein like the whey powders do. Most plant-based proteins only have 15g while these are 23g. That was a huge plus for me. I'm also impressed by the flavors! I currently have Chocolate Coconut, Salted Caramel, Cinnamon Churros, Peanut Butter Cups and Banana Bread. They are all good. I love them warm too. I tend to always go with non-stim out of nervousness, so the Cali Cola is my first hardcore Oxyshred. I was not disappointed at all. In fact, I should have switched over sooner. To be honest, this tasted way better than I expected it to. What really impressed me was how fast it kicked in, and how quickly my energy level turned up, and STAYED up. I literally can feel burnout around the 45 to 50 minute mark of my cardio routine, and that's pushing it. However, after drinking this version of Oxyshred, I was still doing cardio after 85 minutes, and 80% of that was at my peak. This is the most efficient and optimized my workout has ever been. And to be honest, I had to make myself stop because I still had enough energy to keep on going. I’ve taken it on 15 minutes before a sesh on training days and first thing in the morning with 12 oz of water on non-training days. I’ve definitely noticed the pump and excessive amount of sweat I get when I’m working out, which I love. Taking Hardcore definitely gives me the focus and push I need to get more reps in. On non-training days, I’ve noticed that for the first 4-5 hours of my day, I have that boost of energy to work done, so no need for coffee. However, I don’t notice the appetite suppressant effect. I have quite high caffeine tolerance so it is nothing I am not used to but, I do feel quite a harsh caffeine crash afterwards though which I don't love. I do think it suppresses appetite and is an effective pre-workout. Obviously, this needs to be paired with a calorie deficit to be an effective supplement for weight loss. Note that this supplement will not be the leading factor for weight loss results, besides the minor appetite suppressant - so don't buy if you aren't willing to put the work in the gym and your diet. I’ve been drinking Oxyshred ever since i started really hitting the gym and it really does help me with motivation and focus. The only negative thing I’ve encountered with this brand is the lack of refunds. I tried the strawberry snowcone pride pre and it wasn’t horrible but it had a strong coconut aftertaste and wasn’t my favorite. They wouldn’t let me return or exchange though.For flavors i would highly recommend: Sour green apple (pride pre) or Mango (therm. Fat burner). These taste most similar to the actual fruit juices. Raspberry refresh was decent, a good back up option.Passionfruit was nasty, do not buy!!! And the strawberry snow cone was alright but there are definitely better flavors.

Now, WOW what an amazing pre-workout experience! Absolutely exhilarating apple flavour that felt like rainbows on my tastebuds. I took 5 scoops as I was preparing for quite an INTENSE workout experience!! Now let me tell you, as soon as I picked up some dumbbells that 40 kilos turned into 2. JEEWIZ I FELT LIKE ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER !!!! I felt like I could hammer curl the S**T out of that 40 kilos. I felt like a jiggersaurausrex cause that *** **** oxyshred hardcore ultra concentration by EHP Labs was equivalent to my 5 day bender on meth.
