More often than not, the seal is only JUST holding on - often, it's actually come unstuck from the tub so the powder is exposed to the air and is partially clumpy or hardened. With this purchase, the product is almost completely hardened. I've reached out to NZ Muscle and while they're being quite helpful in terms of trying to resolve the issue, the customer service experience has been a bit disjointed. I've had two different agents reply to my request, the second person seeming to completely ignore the original series of emails between me and the first agent, and simply asked me all the same information again. I appreciate that it's non-stim, and I use it in my pre-workout mix [this, beta alanine and creatine] most days.Flavours from best to worst: 1. Honeydew Melon [legit tastes like melon] 2. Peach 3. They were sold out for so long and I was so excited when they finally got restocked. My favorite flavor was the Strawberry Margarita so that is what I ordered. When it came in I drank it right away and immediately noticed it didn’t taste the same. My husband said the same thing because this was his favorite flavor too. So I stopped drinking it every day promising myself to only drink it when I need to. So I drank it the other day and the next day it gave me terrible diarrhea. For a full 24 hours I would need to go to the bathroom literally every 5 minutes. I took 8 doses of pepto and it didn’t even help me.
