B\I bought this item because four-year warranty was appealing. Assembly was straightforward and item appeared to be robust. Use for wet-vacuuming requires removal of cartridge filter and replacement with a circular (ring) of foam. The foam was very friable, bits of the foam came away during handling and despite gentle attempts to fit the foam, it tore vertically and was not useable. I returned the product prior to any use and Bunnings were excellent with return. I have purchased a Karcher equivalent for the same price, but with only 2 year warranty.

Does what it says it will. I like this vacuum very much. There is only one flaw. The replacement bags are NOT as easy to obtain as they smaller vacuums and bags are. I bought it from Bunnings and the bags are special orders.

I bought this 11 months ago. It was very loud and the hose was a bit clunky, but it did have a good strong suction. However, it crapped out and stopped working today for no apparent reason. Didn't use it all that much during the year. Fortunately it has 3 year warranty, so was able to return it. I will get a better quality replacement.
Only comes with one bag that blew a hole in the first couple of minutes rendering it out of use . Back to Bunnings only to be told the have no bags for it as they are special order . Don't bother with this product.
The ozito vac is fine but the length of hose is way to short . Purchased for cleaning out cars but is very difficult due to the poor length of the hose , other than that it does what it says
Very Noisy almost unbearable, otherwise ok for the price. Pipe is plastic and could be longer and more flexible
I bought it last month, even though they don't have or sell the bags for it in n.z, but you really don't need them. You can use without bags. It's a awesome vacuum I love it. Also the staff are very helpful and keep in contact if needed.
The vacuum cleaner is powerful, the swivel wheels are bit rigid. Makes it difficult to maneuver. Wire could be bit longer. I couldn't find replacement bags for it. Can we get replacement filter fir it?. Lot of storage options. I used shark crevice tools with it, works fine , pleased with the purchase
Have given up on the bags - the suction is so great that the bags rip apart after a few minutes use. Worth buying a spare filter, even if it is a special order. One can be cleaned easily with running water, and left to dry for a few days, and the other can then be used.
