Does a great job, easy to use. Got all my hedges and shrubs looking great. Such a great price also. I bought the trimmer skin and the ozito whipper sniper, which came with a battery, I also have the ozito drill with battery, so a couple of batteries to float between these, is great for a big job, but most people could trim the bushes and whipper snip without needing to recharge the battery. One small battery is enough charge for both here now I've groomed it all up, so much rain makes everything grow quick!!

The Ozito hedge trimmer skin is a good option if you already have a battery available from another PXC product. I found setup super easy, I was up and running within 5min of opening the box (provided I had a charged battery + safety gear). It sliced through the less dense shrubbery with ease. The only downside is that it can't handle the thicker parts - any branches thicker than about 15mm you will need to use other tools to cut.

I bought this trimmer to add to my Ozito family of tools and it met with all my expectations. Works well and does a clean job of things and it cut through small branches up to ½ and inch. I would recommend this trimmer for around the garden, it does exactly whats needed of it.

I am becoming more and more impressed with Ozito tools, particularly the batteries. The tools are lasting well and the batteries out perform other brands. Both are not expensive, which is a huge benefit.
Purchased 9/21 and returned 2/22. Used once and was exactly the tool for the job; fantastic power for a non-petrol but also lightweight. Tried to start it a 2nd time and it won't start, all spare 18V batteries I used to diagnose the issue then also malfunctioned. My other Ozito products are all great but this trimmer can be a lemon.
Bought this two weeks ago, have trimmed most of the shrubs, (five or six), does a great job, have never run out of battery. Yay, no more leads to drag around, found I trim things more regularly due to not having to attach power leads which thus makes things easier to trim
Does the 5 minute job I need doing every fortnight. So much easier than my old corded trimmer. I have other Ozito stuff, so the skin-only version was just fine. Fingers crossed it lasts OK!
I picked this up today. The instructions said to oil the blades before and after use, which I did. I then attached my Ozito 3.0Ah 18V battery (from my previously purchased Ozito drill) to the trimmer. I trimmed 40 x 1 meters of of tall, thick grass along my fence, and cut some thin limbs from two trees and a hedge. Right away I was impressed with how well this powerful trimmer can cut. It took longer to clean up the cuttings than to do the trimming. Word of caution: Don't get distracted while using this tool. It has good safety features, but it is probably best to think of it as a lightsabre. Keep it well away from your legs and feet.
I was planning on using this on decorative tall grass and tall grass in general. You can hear the motor struggling while trying to cut the grass and you have to put in extra, extra effort to pass it through. Its like cutting a steak with a butter knife, not impossible but not easy either. Its actually easier to trim with a manual garden shears. I will try to get a refund and maybe invest in another petrol hedge trimmer which I should have done in the 1st place.
Bought this one because of Ozito's PXC battery compatibility. Although it is powerful it requires a 4 or 5 A battery to work over a good size area. Lucky I had their 5A battery which took care of the full work area.It could cut the top and sides of hedges but if the branches are a little bit thicker like about 10-15mm it will not be able to trim them which was a bit disappointing. Having said that it is a Hedge trimmer and not sure of the hedges are supposed to get that thicker. May be the hedges were not maintained for a long time when we bought the place.
