This is the best sprayer I have ever bought, the spray is really atomised with the quality brass spray rod. I use this to spray the lawns with Turfix and it cuts the time down to about 1/3 due to the better spray and constant pressure. So easy to clean out afterwards as you just run a couple of tanks of clean water though it with the trigger locked down.

Excellent product with brass wand and several hours of use from a 2ah battery. Capacity is 3.5 liters which makes it light to carry. I filled a 20 liter pail with water and used a siphon to fill with water when required. A measuring cap is included as part of the unit and very handy for measuring the precise amount of weed killer. Flow is adjustable and you can also lock the pump ON for quicker application in weed infested areas. Amazing value for the price, as brass wands alone often cost more than the total cost of the unit. Highly recommended to anyone that has hours of weed killer application to do.

Once assembled - worked fine. Great difficulty in attaching the hose to the unit. It was a couple of mm to big. Swapped all hoses around but it seems it was the unit with the issue. Tried holding in hot water to get some flexibility, tried coating in oil. Three different people tried and in the end had to shave it slightly to get it to go in. Has a tendency to pop out after awhile now but can be put in with some effort. Was not able to get back to Bunnings to swap or get assistance but if you have trouble I'd suggest you do that first up. Have never had an issue with other Ozito purchases so this may have been a one off.

I rate it a 5 because the pluses far out weigh the negatives and the negatives are minor and could be easily fixed. The negatives are small tank (only 3.5 liters) and no option to buy additional straight extension rods. For the small tank, just mix in a bigger container so don't need to mix multiple times. Pluses are no need to pump to start spraying. Very portable due to smaller tank and using a 2.0ampH battery lasts for ages! The lance can be extended but not long enough to allow the spray to reach under eaves that is 4m up unless on a ladder on a 2 storey house. For weed management, the extension is long enough so I don't have to stoop to spray. When adjusted to jet spray, the horizontal distance from nozzle is about 2m. Did I mention it maintains good pressure ... MoreI rate it a 5 because the pluses far out weigh the negatives and the negatives are minor and could be easily fixed. Would never go back to manual pumping. This is one dependable unit, I have used this dozens of times over the past 3 years. It did leak a little at one point but a bit of plumbers tape fixed it.My only complaints:- it's a little cumbersome to hold and use when full as it can leak if tilted on an angle, a backpack model might be better.- it doesn't get the last little bit of liquid in the tankThat aside I'll probably never upgrade to a backpack model because I feel like this thing will keep running forever anyway.
Bought a bunch of Ozito PXC garden tools yesterday. Finally got a chance to try out the sprayer. Much faster than hand spray bottles and pump sprayer. Definitely a buy! Considering how many pumps and hand spray just die many times after a few uses. Did my fruit tress in a matter of seconds total covered in compared to traditional. Coverage is excellent, so easy to use. Now only thing I'm wondering is that "Will Ozito and Bunnings bring in replacement bottles?" So that we can change bottles between type of chemicals or breakage.
A handy little unit that is simple and easy to use. The capacity is small, 3.5 liters which is the only downside to the unit. Would be nice if they released a larger capacity bottle/attachment available for purchase separately. I mix all my weed killer in a separate drum for that reason and top up as I go rather than mix 3.5L at a time.
I got fed up with using a hand-pump sprayer so I bought this to make my life easier. The first unit quickly stopped pressuring (I had used it once). Happily, Bunnings replaced it, without quibble. I've used the second unit several times (i.e. to spray weed killer) and it's now also struggling to pressurise (i.e. the motor now runs continuously, rather than intermittently, which is not right). Other than that, the harness strap is uncomfortable, the unit orientates in an inconvenient way, there isn't a handle on the liquid container (which makes it difficult to grip and fill under a tap), the on/off button is placed in a position which is difficult to access and the battery compartment is difficult to get to. Make sure you empty and dry it after use (which is a huge faff) because parts (e.g. brass nozzle and seals) will start to corrode. Other than that, it's a handy little unit! I'm just glad it's got a 5 year warranty, because I think I will need it....
I bought this to replace three sprayers which weren't doing the job. I do a fair bit of spraying in this semi-rural area — weeds, insecticides, fungicides, spiders, blackberry, and so on. 3.5 litres is a good comprise between size and weight. I can match a larger batch in a watering can if required. The sprayer works well and doesn't take long to spray 3.5 litres - faster than a pressure pump sprayer. It's also easier to clean than a pump sprayer. The wand is extendible and this makes it easier to spray the underside of foliage.
It dipped for about 5 minutes and the trigger stuck for about the first 4 or 5 times. Drip stopped and the trigger never stuck again. I actually brought this small 3.5 unit to spray weeds as I have my Ryobi One + 7 litre (skin only) to spray insect killer and plant food. I really love all my Ryobi 18v tools garden, workshop and lawnmower. As I am now a pensioner and penny wise I have started buying Ozito cordless.tools first because they are affordable and second the company who own Ozito have a really great name. I like so many are now trying to buy all Australian Made products and the clincher came as both Ryobi and Ozito are manufactured in China. So are 99% of all garden and workshop tools. My point is you cannot discount a tool by where it was manufactured ... MoreIt dipped for about 5 minutes and the trigger stuck for about the first 4 or 5 times.
