I bought side walls for the 30 second tent. I made sure i read the reviews and purchased the correct style for our tent, it was extremely helpful. The walls arrived within the week and fit perfect, easy to install and pack away.

These side panels completely transform the tent allowing you more privacy and shade. They literally double the space of our RV3. If your over 6 feet the standard poles that come with standard awning makes it uncomfortably low. Plenty of room now with these peaked side panels! As usual for OZtent everything feels of a high quality and design standard. Be warned though you lose the speedy tent setup that comes with the standard tent setup. It is quite a process to get them on. Not difficult, just takes a bit of time and a little fiddly. With two people and practice you could still be setup in 10 minutes.

Regarding the side panels outstanding I have the RV5 with the fly, front panel and the two side panels and this is by far the best tent I have every owned quality is 10/10, time to put up is 10/10, room as a touring tent 10/10 and performance in bad weather so far handled med rain and wind 10/10. In saying all this I have only set the tent up twice 1st time weather tent in second time 2-day camping adventure.Now let's discuss transport/courier to the final destination, if Tent World doesn't get this right I will never purchase through their online store again

Having the deluxe side panels provided greater storage and privacy whilst camping. This was a good investment. Easy to assemble. Very roomy. After placing the order with Snowys delivery time was exceptional and arrived just before we were due to depart. Great mob to deal with. Also one of the pole connectors arrived with a split and Snowys replaced hassle free. Thanks so much! Highly recommend this product and dealer.
Very Expensive it seems for what you get again.The High peak, causes the length to shorten alot.You then really need the End to the enable you to have a awning for protection of weather,We purchased to allow, to put on wall up for protection from the sun or wind. If you always wanted this up, then best by a big tent than this modular, If you want up only at times, then fine.RODS are weak, might upgrade to DRIFTA poles one day and look much stronger.
When I decided on the oztent rv3 one of the deciding factors was the built in awning. Although the awning itself is great I noticed they sold side walls that zip on as well so I added that kit to the order. The walls are made from the same material as the tent and they zip to the awning very smooth. I really like that the kit comes with the high peek awning poles and the cross pole. I also like that the walls have doors built in incase I add the front wall and floor in the future.
Game changer. Used these for the first time with my rv3 touring tent. So good. So much more space to store my stuff, as well as added privacy
Not sure if it's necessary to charge this much for side panels but definitely necessity when camping and needing that extra bit of closure with your tent. Love that it is labelled for easy installation.
Recently used the side panels on a trip down the coast and set up just as the rains began to come in. Made a nice cosy little verandah out of the weather for us. Set up is easy and straight forward but the price is quite high. Can only hope they hold up as well as the tent has so far. For the price I would expect top notch quality customer service in case of any issues cropping up. Hopefully won’t need to. Overal happy with the purchase and addition to the tent (now termed our ‘castle’ by our minimalist friends). Pack includes 2 side poles, ridge pole and 2 side panels with a door on each.
Works very well with the RV3. It does require a lot more zippering and pegging out to ensure the front of your awning is secure. Best suited to longer stays in one location. Providess excellent privacy.
