Paco Rabanne 1 Million Elixir 200ml Parfum Intense

This parfum has a welcoming sweet and woody smell which I tend to prefer. I would say the scent is just slightly on the cool side but I wouldn't argue if someone else says it's more warm. I find that the parfum dries lightly on the skin with my usual two sprays to the chest. The trial size I received does a decent job atomizing but hopefully the bottled product does better. The packaging it came with describes the parfum as liquorous rose, smokey cedarwood, and vanilla absolute. I agree with the rose, vanilla, and the cedarwood;however, not very smokey. This is an incentivized, but honest review of Paco Rabanne 1 Million Elixir. Upon first spraying it on, 1 Million Elixir is most certainly a pleasant scent. It opens up nicely with a nice warm apple scent. The downside for me is that as the dry down continues that apple becomes completely lost. As the fragrance begins to sit on my skin a little longer I feel like the heart notes almost go completely unnoticed on my skin and it skips right on to the base. I believe that is where the fragrance really shines. The vanilla, tonka bean, and patchouli blend quite nicely and bring on a nice long lasting scent. However, I do have good things to say about it after testing.  on two separate occasions me and a couple friends tested the sprayer and the one thing I can say about the scent is that after leaving the house for a couple of hours working in the yard lightly, and returning into the house, the scent was still noticeable. There is a sweet double layer, which is not necessarily my thing, but it does have a pleasant, non-intrusive set. It reminds me more of sandalwood sent, which I am not partial to. It is not oily, it is not drippy. As far as value this was sent as a tester, and I’m not 100% sure what the price on it would be. I am excited to review this sample that I received from Paco Rabanne and Influenster! 1 Million elixer is a pleasantly intreguing and mysterious fragrance. A combination of both fresh and dark notes blended beautifully together. The scent opens with a bright fresh apple accord which continues through to the dry down with rich vanilla, dark tonka bean, and cedar. Its a strong scent that will leave an intoxicatingly sweet scent bubble around you for most of the day. Everybody will want to know what you're wearing! In my opinion, this takes the cake as the best from the 1 Million line.

First I'll start with being a huge fan of 1 Million parfum. It's high quality, great projection and long lasting. Elixir is supposed to be stronger than parfum right? This one is not. I would say it's more diluted than the parfum. I'm not saying I don't like it. It's still a really good cologne but it smells quite different than parfum and doesn't last as long. For a summer scent with apple and floral and fruity note then this is for you. It projects well in the summertime heat especially when you sweat. For a strong, winter fragrance, I'd recommend 1 Million Parfum.

This review is part of an incentivized campaign. I received this product for free from Influenster and Paco Rabanne in exchange for my honest review. This fragrance is somewhat similar to the others in the 1 Million Line but with a lot more vanilla and gourmand notes! It is pretty similar to the OG 1 Million but much much more vanilla forward. The performance on this is also stellar (much like the other flankers) and I got a good 8 hours out of it. The wife liked it but said it was probably better for the colder months due to its sweetness! A solid fragrance for a date night in the colder seasons!

There is the same initial hint of light and sweet bubblegum that transforms to a woody vanilla and Tonka bean as it dries down. It is masculine without being spicy or overpowering. While this scent is more refined than the original, it actually works better as a daily wear while still being appropriate for special occasions. Unfortunately, the performance for me seemed to be weaker than 1 Million EDT. It produced less of a scent bubble and wore off more quickly. Overall, it's a pleasant entry in an already successful line but needs a little more power.

Bolder Version of 1 Million.

I love the smell of 1 million, so when I saw the intense elixir, I decided to give it a try with positive hopes that it could be better and last much longer. However, I have not been disappointed. The first bottle, ended up going as a gift to a male friend who always commented that he wants only the one that I had on. He said he wanted the same one that I am using already, so that he will be sure its the same one he usually smells on me. I have bought a second bottle now because my boys in the who were using the first bottle with me, were so unhappy that I had given it out to a friend. I confidently recommend this parfum. It lasts the whole day on your body and it is suitable for all ages from above 18 years upwards

Long lasting and brilliant smell

The EDT, EDP and elixir are all different scents. This one in my opinion is the best one out of the 3 not only does it last forever since its an elixir wich is more concentraded. The EDT is more rich, moody with heavy woody notes while this one is more light and sugary. The apples, roses and vanilla notes are brilliant while being carried by some woody notes and patchouli wich make the perfume last longer. Overall Paco Rabanne whole perfume catalog is a no brainer and all their perfume are amazing and nicely priced i would suggest looky into these if you are new to fragrances. I highly suggest this one and you should at least spray it on your arms at your local Sephora.
