After discussing with the sales assistant that the perfume I wanted was the one with the dark brown bottle topper as that was the one that had run out of another sales assistant briefly joined in with the conversation.I did test the other Olympia perfumes but again went back to the one with the brown bottle topper & said I would like to purchase that bottle.When the assistant took the boxed item from the shelf I asked that she was sure that was the right perfume to which she said yes.When I got home & removed the packaging it was not the right bottle of perfume at all.Obviously no return as I’d removed all outer packaging also not purchased locally…Money wasted on a perfume I did not want! So annoyed

After comparing prices, I felt like I was ripped off! I was tricked into paying £15 for membership discount, I was told It gives me 20% discount on the product and another 20% on any 2 I buy In future. After discount, the product comes down to £84 then further £15 added for the membership which took the total to £99. After comparing prices, I found same product for £80 online ! I began to wonder their trick, which company charges you £15 to become a member? Membership should be free, the fragrance shop is a fraud!

Of all the Paco Rabanne scents, this is my absolute favourite! It's beautiful, simple and worth the money. This has top notes of orange peel, orange blossom and mandarins, followed by middle notes of tiare flower, solar notes, white flowers and oakmoss. Ylang-ylang and benzoin come through at the very end. Despite what it may look like, I was surprised that this had more of a powdery floral scent, with a hint of musk, rather than anything fruity or citrusy.This smells like a warm Summer night on my skin - full of promise, slightly sexy, and a little exciting. I love that this shifts and changes a little over time, but hangs around for quite a while. It's a gorgeous perfume, and I would be keen to get a large bottle of it. I was gifted this product to trial and review.

Olympea solar opens with very sweet strong citrus notes, varying from creaming orange soda to mandarin peel and sorbet. this settles down to a very wearable and balanced fruity-floral scent, with notes of orange blossom and white flowers. For me, I would consider olympea solar as a summer scent, with the zesty and spicy solar notes working harmoniously to bottle a ray of sunshine. I didn’t find this perfume to be particularly long-lasting on myself, though I don’t mind reapplying and am impressed by the sillage. There's a lot to love about this truly sparkling perfume, including the beautiful Grecian inspired bottle, I would recommend it to women looking for a new daytime scent.I was gifted a sample to trial and review.
Paco Rabanne Olympea is a beautifully feminine fragrance for grown-ups. Warm but not overpoweringly spicy, fresh but not sickly sweet, this starts off quite citrus-fruity and dries down to a flavourful finish. Think an aromatic warm winter cocktail garnished with orange, vanilla and a dash of salt. Long-wearing and sits well on my skin, changing as it warms up with no powdery pong. Interesting that a lot of reviews think of it as a summer fragrance, for me it’s definitely more of a winter vibe. Packaging is pretty, with a strong feminine feel. I was kindly gifted a sample for trial and review and I can see myself reaching for it as a daily wear – would definitely purchase.
I like fragrances that I can wear day to night, at work or at an event and this is definitely one of those! It’s a pretty, floral, zingy fragrance that is very uplifting and energising. While being quite light and summery it’s definitely not lightweight, it’s got that sweetness but is still a very classy/sophisticated scent. Lots of lovely comments from friends and my partner when I wear this! At the price point it’s a bit of a splurge but worth it for the quality and longevity of the scent. I've been using the Paco Rabanne Olympea Solar for a few weeks now and LOVE IT! The perfume makes me feel confident, empowered and feminine. The perfume has a hint of ylang-ylang in it which is one of my favourite scents. I put it on in the mornings and still have people commenting on how nice I smell many hours after it which is a huge bonus for me as there's nothing worst than when you spray perfume and the scent is gone after an hour. It smells so fresh and feminine on and is a standout for anyone near you. I have had many compliments when wearing it. I look forward to purchasing more once I run out. I love that a little bit lasts a long time, I can see that the bottle will last and I love the fact it makes you get your moneys worth.
