Made from recycled materials and equipped with RFID anti-scanning technology and slash proof materials to prevent cutting. I tested the pack with a small razor blade and although skeptical of the outcome, I was very surprised by the durability against the razor. The pack has standard adjustable straps fitting adults and kids alike, providing comfort and ease of use.This is a great backpack. I was very impressed with the size, ease of use, and safety/anti-theft elements standard with Pacsafe Backpacks. I would recommend this company and this backpack to anyone in the market for a good day pack that is durable, fashionable, practical, and overall worth every penny.

I bought this backpack for an upcoming trip to Europe. Very well made and love all the securityfeatures…soft enough to wear comfortably and not at all bulky. Plenty of room for two iPads and items needed for a day out touring or airplane travel. Water bottle pockets (2) are the right size for most water bottles. After a long search we found the perfect backpack for our travels!

The main compartment has two segments as well as a sizeable RF Blocking pocket. The RF Blocking pocket easily held mine and my wife's passports while travelling. The rear segment is sized to accommodate a small laptop (14" screen or smaller) or tablet. It is also perfect for stashing a couple of magazines when you want some reading material while traveling. The main section of the compartment has ample room for all kinds of various items. During my most recent trip, I put sunscreen, snacks, light jacket, and a couple of emergency ponchos and still had some space left over.The front compartment has a lot of open ... I never had problems finding exactly what in this compartment and all of my gear stayed where I put it.On the outside, there are two mesh pockets for water bottles. At first I didn't think that they would fit my water bottles but the elastic bands have a good amount of stretch so there were no issues getting them in or out. The elastic is quite strong and there is no concern that the bottles will come out.The clips for the compartment zippers took a little getting used to. It took a little time to work out the best way to put the zipper pulls into the clips but once I figured it out it worked really well. And it gives you better protection of you valuables since someone can't just unzip, grab, and dash. The main compartment even has a slide on the clip so that you can put a luggage lock on it, adding another layer of security.I had some concerns about the shoulder straps. They don't have a lot of padding and the strap ends sat rather high near my arm pits, but even wearing it all day while on vacation, I never felt that they were uncomfortable.The back of pack has some light padding which is enough to increase the comfort for long use. The only drawback is that there isn't a lot of ventilation so it can get hot and sweaty.Thankfully I didn't have to utilize the various safety features (wire mesh in the fabric, metal wires in the straps) but it is good having the piece of mind that they are there if needed.Overall a great product from Pacsafe. This bag has now become my everyday pack for work and fun.

The gym I go to is rather casual about bag storage, everyone just puts them on a table in the corner of the room. I used to constantly watch everytime someone walked to the table. There was still space to accommodate a few soveniers too. While eating at outdoor cafes, I liked being able to lock a strap around my chair, so that it didn't feel like my valuables were an easy target for someone walking by when I was busy talking with friends over meals.I would definitely recommend this bag to friends.

This backpack is well constructed and roomy enough for a laptop, a few books, pens, etc. The locks add an extra layer of security and aren’t that easy to open by someone trying to get into it while you’re wearing it. Having said that, I wish Pacsafe made a travel backpack for petite women that held a little more stuff. I was really looking for something bigger. I tried their 25L bag and the straps wouldn’t adjust enough for me…at 5’2’’ (why couldn’t they make the straps so they could adjust to fit a small person?). Then I tried the 17L size and it was the same issue. The bag hung off my bag at the shortest strap length. I settled on this only because it was the only option I could find for travel, but it’s not perfect.
This backpack is perfect for when I'm in my work-travel mode. It enables me to carry everything essential, and be carefree in knowing that my valuables are protected. I was surprised at how voluminous and scalable its space compartments were. The design is extraordinarily brilliant - it stays compact regardless of how much I stuff it with items. I was searching smaller daypacks with safety features for my trip to Europe and this looked perfect. Just received it today and I am thrilled with the size and features. I couldn’t find pictures or video of what could actually fit inside so this was a total leap of faith. The front zipper section will hold a kindle, books, magazines, swimwear, passport, pen, and loads of smaller items. The larger zip pocket perfectly holds my iPad Air 4 with bulky keyboard case, jacket, other items you might need on your day trip in the city. There is an RFID zipper pocket in the larger zippered section perfect for most wallets. The pack is lightweight and not overpowering in size at all. I am very excited to take this to Europe next month!
This is my second one. The first one wore out after 66 plane trips over 5 years. It has a metal mesh to prevent thieves like you have all over the world that will cut you pack open and take your stuff. But when they see Pacsafe--they probably won't bother you because they can't get into it. The zippers also clip lock tot he bag so thieves can't get into them--I also sometimes lock the zippers. Very well made but after 60 trips all over the world carrying it everyday including hikes and biking all over it will start to show wear only in the lower area that rubs against your back. The rest of the pack still looked new. Very comfortable pack--just get this one. I am telling you.
