Good quality product except I wish that when I buy a spare part from Vacuum spares it is an EXACT replica of the original design. The seals on this part aren’t firm and stiff material but are soft and won’t stand much wear before they break?

I ordered two floor tools. One had a bad wheel. I told Pac Vac and they immediately sent out a replacement at no extra cost. Very happy with the customer service.

Effortlessly glides from one type of floor surface to another. No adjustment needed. Cleans right up against walls etc. Flat design slides under beds and furniture well. Bought this as a spare just in case it becomes unavailable one day! First one has lasted 7 years and my partner keeps grabbing it for his workshop vacuum so it’s working hard and often.

Unfortunately the floor tool did not fit the vacuum pipe as suggested on the website.
I received the replacement head for my vacuum almost immediately after ordering it online. It was perfect and just what I needed.
Perfect replacement for our Janitor backpack vacuum cleaner as the the previous head broke, great price would recommend
The size itself is fantastic especially how bit the entry is so not much get blocked in there.... biggest downfall for commercial use... the wheels clog up and stop moving very quickly which in turn scratches floors... get probably a week or so (larger scale commercial and domestic, 25+ clients a week)
