This machine gives you approximately 25 uses before either the pads or the batteries run out I have wasted $50 so far, I even got a replacement machine but it made no difference even it does not work at all after 25 uses, I'm not prepared to spend any more money.Beware of this product so many chemists are saying that customers say they are great but I think they must be getting a large commission to say such a thing. I have bought many tens machines in the past and this has to be the worst I have ever tried, even though it is convenient to stick on your skin with no wires it is not so convenient when the gel pads keep falling off the machine or sticking to your skin, you will end up spending a fortune .

Ive tried replacing batteries and gel pads but no matter what, I cannot get this item to go above the lowest two levels of intensity. As soon as I try it stops working and beeps until I switch it off. Its been no help to me at all. Ive tried positioning it in multiple locations; back, leg, arm but its always the same result.

this has proven to be the best relief my husband has had for his damaged shoulder, we are telling our friends about it, turning it on letting it run for the 20 minutes then turning it on again an hour later, has reduced the pain medication he has been taking. Thank You.

The pain mate is convenient & easy to use, it relaxes the muscles in my shoulders within minutes of applying it. I would recommend this to anyone to use.
It wouldn't turn on for me, I tried using it on my back but wouldn't turn on. It was an absolute waste of money that I can't get back.
Am very pleased with the product, compact and so easy to use, and slips into my travel bag without taking up any room at all, highly recommend this product
I am afraid with my particular medical problems the pain relief is temporary, maybe 20 minutes but for those people who have lesser medical conditions, do recommend the tens machine, a little relief is better than none at all. Scoliosis is so painful and for someone over 75,incurable. If you are diagnosed with this condition at a young age it is operable. The delight to have fifteen minutes without pain is ecstatic, so perhaps but I have to be honest three stars from me is unfair, I do recommend people buy this little machine because it does really work but it does not get rid of the complaint unless it is a passing problem. It is not expensive so try it, you never know. Good luck.
We followed a link suggesting it being for period pain yet instructions inside the box say exact opposite. Of course we cannot return as the box is unopened.
This product is very little-known, even in the medical circles so I recommend and show it to everyone for I have been pain-free since sticking it on my hip 24/7. I now have a back-up one and have easily managed to change the adhesive surface. Cannot stop talking about my painfree nights and no musle spasms which even prevented me from walking ability.
Helps with all pain and I use it constantly on a damaged shoulder
