Wow. I'm so impressed with this bevel frame. It truly made our TV look like art. The finish and weight of the metal are quite the upgrade from the usual magnetic frame you can buy for these TVs.The setup and installation were easy. Yes, they're a bit expensive, especially for the larger sizes, but the quality is worth every penny.

This is way overpriced. It is nice, but it’s not worth what they charge. Also, worst part that they don’t tell you is the frame blocks the sensors that detect motion and light!! So, the motion sensitive artwork and the ambient light adjustment don’t work at all! So you pay $550 to eliminate features that you specifically pay for on the TV. It’s a nightmare and they say nothing about it on their site.

Wish I could write this review just for the frame because it is beautiful but the controller that’s required to actually maintain some of the functionality of the frame tv is appallingly bad, I honestly don’t know how they can charge for this product. At best it works irratically, at worst, not at all. I am quite tech enabled, I read the blogs, watched the videos, I went into the advance settings, I played around with the different options in the local network it has. I even tried to update the firmware (already at the newest). After spending hrs in the settings and dealing with the impact it has on the tv I have considered removing the frame from the tv if only for the fact that there is so much remote functionality lost to having it there. I can’t recommend this product.. it gets a 2 star JUST cause the frame is nice.

The frame itself is awesome. I’ve had it for about 2 years now. Looks great, nifty mechanism to put on. But the ir receiver is almost completely blocked. Not sure if this is true for all frames or just the aluminum ones. It’s really frustrating that every time you want to change the volume I have to get up and stand right next to the tv. Other than that’s it’s great
The frame is just ok. It does impact the sensors on your tv, which I dont think is talked about enough. It is difficult to put together, which is also glossed over in the paid reviews scattered online. It has sharp sharp edges and they don’t got together very seamlessly, so at best it looks like a cheaper frame, not one you paid $300+ for.Quality doesn’t match price, especially when it restricts function of an already expensive tv, but unfortunately there aren’t many other options out there
The frame looks great, though I wish there had been some options between the super-ormate 3 inch frames, and the fairly simple 1.25 inch alloy options. We opted for the latter, and have been happy with the purchase for over a month now. But all of a sudden, the Samsung smart remote is not transmitting a signal through the frame. I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestion on Decotvframes.com (and other online sources), to no avail. Nothing has changed--it worked fine, and now it only works if the remote is within a foot of the TV. Really hoping to get some support after the weekend!
It’s beautiful but blocks the sensors so you can’t use the motion sensor or light sensor functions! Not sure why they would design this frame and charge triple the amount of the Samsung frames, only to not use the art tv to its full capacity. It’s very misleading and I am considering returning. So unfortunate because the frame is beautiful. Now we have to decide between aesthetic and function. Never a good thing
So I installed my 43” Frame TV in a bathroom with brushed chrome fixtures. The German Silver frame matches perfectly. Installation of the TV was a little difficult as I cut sheetrock and changed out a wall plug so the one connect box is in the wall cavity but the final installation looks great. The deco tv frame is well made, a five minute install and highly recommended. It makes the TV pop in the room and made the entire process worth the effort. If you want to do a wall cavity install of the one connect box the available internet videos are really helpful. Again, I highly recommend the deco TV frame. Great look.
I love this frame. The gold goes perfectly with my white and gold kitchen. Yes, the Frame is in the kitchen area...see photo. The only issue is that the alloy Deco TV Frame may be blocking the sensor on my 2020 version of Samsung's Frame TV that detects when there is movement in the room (and comes back on). Now, because of the blockage, the TV goes black and doesn't come back on to display the beautiful photo we selected unless I intentionally turn the tv on using its remote. I don' like that. I want to walk into the kitchen with the picture displayed. Is there something I can do to stop this? Is it the Alloy Frame that is causing this? I didn't have it before. It's probably a Samsung FAQ question but thought I'd go ahead and pose it here. One other thing, the ... MoreI love this frame. The gold goes perfectly with my white and gold kitchen. Not sure if it being tucked away is contributing to this new behavior. Please help if you could...
The wall size on which the tv is located is too small for any frame but the alloy bezels. That being said, I love the pale gold frame. We haven’t even had a tv for 3 years because I was against a big black hole on our living room wall. The pale gold alloy frame finishes off the look. It was fairly simple to put together and hang. I have to admit that the artwork gets more use from us than the tv. We love it.
