The first thing that surprised me about this shampoo was the consistency. It is much thicker and denser than regular shampoos that I use. I also noticed a significant reduction in the amount of frizz that my hair experienced after every wash. Particularly in the winter months, my hair becomes very dry and frizzy, so this shampoo is perfect at taming my hair. I really do believe this shampoo has helped my hair become healthier and nourished. It looks less dry and has much more vitality. Overall a great shampoo which ticks all the boxes for me.

However upon application of the conditioner, this helps to detangle and soften my hair so I am not too concerned. After using this in conjunction with the conditioner for close to a month, I do think it works quite well for my dry/damaged hair. It seems to tame my hair, making it a bit more manageable and appears to have reduced frizz and my annoying flyaways somewhat. Overall I am quite happy with the scent, formula and finish of this shampoo and give it 4/5 stars.

The product itself came in a plastic bottle with the ingredients and name Shampoo on the front with a label. Once I rinsed and finished my shower, I towel dried my hair and didn't apply any other products to see how this made my hair look and feel. I used my hairdrier and gently dried my hair and was quite surprised at how soft and shiny my hair was after just one use and without the need of numerous styling products. I also found this to accentuate my natural wave and stopped any fly aways that can sometimes occur with my hair type. After using this for a week I was quite impressed with how my hair looked and felt and was very happy that I had soft, shiny, manageable hair. After two weeks of continued use I found I was also able to leave my hair to dry naturally without it becoming one big Afro. I used this everyday of the trial and found this secret Shampoo to be quite a fabulous product. I Would definitely recommend this Shampoo regardless of the brand to anyone wanting to have soft, shiny, manageable hair and definitely found an overall improvement in the texture and condition of my locks.
