Panadol tablets are effective for relieving pain and gentle on stomachs. The active ingredient is paracetamol, which works to stop pain messages from getting through to the brain. They are also effective in reducing fever. Panadol provides temporary relief of pain and discomfort associated with headaches, toothaches, cold and flu symptoms, migraines, muscular aches, arthritis, backaches, and period pain. Key features include effective pain relief, being gentle on the stomach, and suitability for breastfeeding mothers. Panadol reduces fever and provides relief for up to 6 hours. For use in children aged 7 to 12 years, give 1 tablet every 4-6 hours with water as required, not exceeding 4 tablets in 24 hours.
