Efficient, easy to use, easy to clean trimmer

Little or no "tugging" as you get with some other makes so much more comfortable to use. The slightly banana shape of the body fits the hand well and aids positioning. Effectively removes hair from those awkward to get at places. A doodle to clean under running (warm) water with a drop of liquid soap applied to the cutter end, without having to remove the cutter head every time. Take the cutter and head off after around six uses and give a thorough clean using the supplied brush to maintain peak efficiency. Just be careful not to drop the head (as I did with my last one) as this can damage the fine guide slits and render the trimmer useless. My partner newer wanted a nose trimmer. Many times I was trying to convince him to one , but no chance!. It was pretty good. The trimmer uses one AA battery that lasts all through the year. The Panasonic ER-GN30-K Nose and Facial Hairs Trimmer feature a dual edge blade to cut hairs both on the sides and on top and the blades last for three years. You do not need to get worried about cleaning as they are easy to clean. For a great experience, use the trimmers at an angle especially when working around your mustache or your lips.

Hoping it is the same as the one from 2014

I bought this originally for 13 dollars 8 years ago. My old one finally died. I bought a Norelco/Phillips from Target as I could not find a Panasonic in any local stores. The Phillips not only did not catch the hairs, it was painful. I felt like I micro sores in my nose after using. Fingers crossed for another Panasonic.

Panasonic Ear/Nose Trimmer—Best One I’ve Ever Owned

This trimmer is more pricey than others, but well worth the extra outlay. In the past I’ve owned two trimmers. This Panasonic unit vastly outperformed them both. It trims more efficiently instead of having to go over areas several times at various angles. The shape is slim and ergometric instead of instead of...blimp-sized. The unit also runs smoothly, and is designed for quick cleaning. Still, I wish the Panasonic trimmer came with a travel pouch to protect it; sadly it does not. In contrast, my Sharper Image trimmer included a travel pouch, which I found to be handy (but the Panasonic is too lengthy to fit in that pouch). Thus, you must be a little more protective of the Panasonic trimmer, but it’s not a deal-breaker. Please stay away, poor design and engineering !

This is not a good product at all. The trimming tech is not very comfortable, while ear hair comes out well the nose one gets plucked which is quite painful. Worse the clip is removable for washing but once removed it never goes back in the groove properly. Threw away after a year of use. Just refuses to get switched on and money wasted!! Hope the next Gen product is better

Quality trimmer that you will need to replace

This is a quality trimmer for the price point. The only issue is that in my experience the motor only lasts 1 to 3 years. My second just went down. If you contact Panasonic, they may cover the cost of shipping and repair if within the warranty period. But if outside the warranty period, they charge you more than the value of the trimmer. Bottom line, I will shop around to determine if I want to try something new, but because I fear more expensive trimmers may have the same problem, and have been satisfied with this one when it's working, I may end up buying it a third time. That doesn't stop me from wishing the motor would last longer though.
