I love Panasonic’s hair straighteners! My previous one served me for so many years! This Nanoe flat iron looks good! The design is great, which makes it look like a very expensive tool. They left my hair so much shinier, glossier and smoother than I've ever had before. They're really sleek, easy to hold, comfortable to use and lightweight. An older pair of straighteners I had included one of these. They work equally well with just washed and dried hair, in fact they work so well that I don't have to spend so much time trying to style my hair with the brush as the straighteners soon have my hair smooth and silky. You can easily select any temperature between 150C and 230C and I have found they work very well at lower temperatures. They heat up very quickly and glide through the hair with no pulls or tugs. My hair has never looked so shiny and healthy, the Nanoe technology seems to work well. The whole package and the straighteners themselves look very luxurious and would make a lovely gift for someone. For a mid range hair straightener it definitely holds itself against the heavy weights. The ceramic plates will heat up quickly and do not catch the loose strands that I tend to have pulled at on other straighteners ive had in the past. I have rather thick hair and it gets through it well. love the colour combo it gives it a more top range straightener feel. Overall a great product would repurchase.

It is a great size and has many temperature settings from 150°to 230° to suit any hair type and style. It was easy to use and lights up the various temperatures, which you increase or decrease manually. I was a bit disappointed that there is no notification (beep) to let you know it has reached the correct temperature or let you know that you have left it on but this is just my personal preference and no big issue. If you have the straighteners on the higher settings (200-230°) it will automatically reduce the temperature if you don't use for 10 minutes and will turn off automatically after 60 minutes even if you are still using them. It does crackle a little when it is heating up but this is nothing to worry about its the nanoe discharging. I was really impressed with how quick it straightened my hair. My hair is quite wavy and I usually need a couple of goes to get it straight enough. Not so with the Panasonic, I straightened my hair in record time and had no flyaway bits either. My hair looked shiny and professional and to be honest lasted a bit longer than my usual styler allows, even in the wind. I also managed soft curls which is usually a bit of a challenge for me but found it quite easy with the Panasonic, and the curls also appeared to last longer than usual. The straighteners weigh a bit more than my usual ones, but I didn't find this a problem as they are still quite light. The cord is a decent length so didn't need to use an extension lead to reach my mirror. All in all a great, fast, easy to use, professional sleek finish straightener that I would recommend.

I also tried curling my hair with them as that's something I often do and again I was really impressed. The width of the irons is perfect for my just past shoulder length hair - very slightly wider than my current straighteners. They seemed to provide body as well as curl which was surprising. To conclude, I was very impressed with the performance and quality of the straighteners, plus they look great with the black and rose gold colour scheme. I would just have liked them to have come with a storage pouch and a mat to rest them on whilst in use. They do lock shut when not in use however, which is very useful when storing. They have a long cable which doesn't tangle so no difficulties there. I can't fault the item in use, they don't dry my fine hair out at all, which is very easy to do, so hence the 5 stars. So far it has been good. I did my research before going to the store but there was no tester at the store so i had to buy it and there were no returns due to hygiene issues, fair. But wish there was a tester just to see how it works. Especially cause it makes this sound so i was a bit worried even though i trust the brand. Also didnt find an equivalent item to compare it with so yeah just had to buy it. I think the salesman did his best to show me the product as much as it was possible

There are a couple of points which I feel have very slightly let this product down and prevented me giving it 5 stars. Once you've finished with the straighteners, there is no way of clipping it together or holding them shut. There is the plastic band which they came with but this doesn't feel a safe or secure way of holding them together. I also feel that a bag or sleeve to store the straighteners in would be so much better as there is no way of storing them other than loose or back in the original packaging which is a bit of a hassle every time. Overall, they are great straighteners and they really do achieve any look you want. They are very easy to use and, although they come with full instructions it's unlikely you will need them as you just power up, select your heat setting and go!

This hair straightener has really helped make me look less crazy and dishevelled which is really nice. I have to admit that I was nervous of hair damage when trying this straightener... we all have one or more friends who used their hair straightener way too much with rather disastrous results. Thankfully I don't think I will be 'that friend' with this product so I'm happy to keep using it!
