Over all this has been a really good product & works well. The only slight thing wrong is that Bout a week ago the automatic answer feature that is supposed to activate when you pick up the phone from the cradle stopped working. So now we have to manually press the answer button to hear who is ringing & have a conversation. It was really annoyingly at first because force of habit we just picked up the phone & said hello but the phone just kept ringing. Its not so bad now as we know we have to press the answer button to have a conversation.

Very happy with the phones BUT the instructions need work to make them more user friendly. Example BLOCKING NUMBERS is difficult to locate or work out the "how to". ALSO, it has a photo that looks like 9 dashes but doesn't give ANY CLUE where to find . It's in the actual screen but it gives the impression it's on the phone - I wasted a lot of time trying to find - to be able to block a number. I gave up... I discovered by ACCIDENT and only then did I understand. SUGGESTION -,make a how to video on your website and link to Instagram, or Facebook, or YouTube, so buyers can see HOW TO use your phones because your instructions are not enough. They're confusing. Otherwise it's a good system

I purchased the 3 pack of phones, and I could not be happier. The battery life lasts many days before they need to be recharged. The sound is very clear, and my friends can notice i am on a new phone due to it sounding clearer for them also. Great value for money and a very good product.

Pros: The picture looks like the first one we purchased and which we swapped as it was hopelessly small for Seniors. We took one look at the size of the buttons, opened up the instructions we could barely read it so we took it straight back to the store and replaced it with the KX-TGM420AZ which is far better. The aforementioned is ok. It came with only two extensions, which is fine for us. The new larger one has good range and bigger buttons. Finally after many days of frustration we have it working and have become used to it, but it was a nightmare to get it together. We found that we had to get on to Telstra Help Chat to remove their Message Bank which confused the phone and us with the answering machine incorporated. After the removal things looked up. Can we recommend it, the KC-TGM420AZ, yes, if you persevere with the instruction booklet it is a good phone.Cons: Most definitely the 72 pages instructions booklet was the worst point. It took many frustrating hours to set it up. We have used other phones Uniden for instance which was much easier. As we are elderley Seniors we need clear instructions and I think Panasonic could do better.
Having had two sets of another brand I thought it was time to buy a brand that I trust. Hence the Panasonic Cordless 223 Phone Triple Pack. It was fairly easy to set it all up and I am hoping that it will last a lot longer than the previous brand. I especially like the fact that it is not all black. As one gets older having black keyboards and telephones is a pain in the you know where.
These phones are a good buy if you need landline handsets in several locations. We have had this set up, with this brand, for years . Very reliable and work at good distance from the wifi source. We use them in our separate workshop as an intercom as well as phone line. If I have a criticism it is that the playback on the answer machine is not always clear.
I bought this phone-set for my 90 year old mother who wears hearing aids. The packaging had been previously opening, slightly damaged and repacked imperfectly. Moreover, the call memory had 40 calls dated 2 months before I bought it.The phone is poor.1. the setup menu functions are cumbersome and require some effort to use without error2. the ring volume on max is much too quiet, and would be marginal for people with normal hearing3. the max volume in the earpiece is too quiet4. the speaker phone is much too quiet5. the AC adapter for the satellite units is much too light and easily upset when the cord is disturbed.6. with the handset in the AC adapter the combination is very top heavy7. the phone doesn't verbally announce the name of the incoming ... MoreI bought this phone-set for my 90 year old mother who wears hearing aids. The packaging had been previously opening, slightly damaged and repacked imperfectly. Very cheap ($42), good quality Panasonic product. The handsets are lightweight and have good sound quality to both the person we are talking to and us (though ours is very clear, its slightly tinny). The phones use almost no power compared to our old ones due to modern electronic chargers rather than old heavy transformers. The speakerphone function is adequate (a bit tinny probably because of the lightweight components). The answering system is good though I will have to reread the manual to find out how to selectively delete messages. It's not intuitive. There were quite a few things in the setup that were not intuitive and I had to set aside my male stubbornness and read the very brief but adequate manual to setup the time, answering system, phone book and hotkeys. Once setup, it's just like any other phone. One thing. Because the handpieces have rounded bottoms, they won't stand up on the table for family speakerphone calls. Someone has to hold it or lie it down (not so good sound or pickup). Some design guru's wet dream getting in the way of functionality. Also, while the main base is compact and stable, the satellite bases are so small & light that the cord hanging down can pull them off the bench top when the phone is removed. We attached ours to a heavier tile and its fine.
not satisfactory. time is difficult to set. time setting does not stay. needs continuous reset. Distorted voice reception. I wish I never bought this set. Previously I had Uniden set free of all troubles. I wish to return this product for better set.
