I previously had a Panasonic Lumix TZ60 camera for 3 years (also with 30x optical zoom) which was an excellent camera until I accidentally dropped it and smashed the lens... oops! The 30x Optical Zoom and "iA" auto focus is brilliant and in such a compact camera is amazing. I can't see how how anyone can be disappointed with this camera. For this price of 215... wow, simply wow!

From the CBD, to Glenelg beach, to the Whispering Wall. This camera was brilliant especially if the photo we wanted to capture wasn't quite near us. This is where the brilliant optical zoom was put to great use.The smallest details on the old period buildings came to life in such great detail, a phone camera just could not compare. The camera has a view finder which is a plus. It is quite heavy for a small item but the picture is great and the battery is larger than my last Panasonic Lumix, which I loved. The instruction booklet is easy to read and basic. More information on the internet which is the norm. The tilt screen is also a plus. Not really interested in the WiFi but it is added but not used. It stays on Auto so can point and shoot mostly. Easy to cart around when travelling or walking. Compact.

The product came well within the expected delivery time. The product is working well. There is a learning curve to this camera, but I'm enjoying the process of learning it. I appreciate the zoom in the camera and the 3" LCD screen that flips up. The manual controls will take a little longer for me to explore, but that's part of the fun...I appreciate the way the camera connects wirelessly to my phone. It's a very easy process and then all the pictures are on my phone and I can then choose to sync them to the cloud or edit the photos on my phone... The images are very good. Not like a full sized sensor do, but still very good.I am glad I purchased this product and eglobal central made it an easy choice with the great price!!!
I have had ca refurbished TZ 90 for a couple of years, a great little camera for easy point and shoot, but it also has an extensive array of features to allow more sophisticated camera work. The major faut with the camera is the location and sensitivity of the on/off button. It is too easily touched resulting in the camera turning on whilst removing it from it's carry case or pocket. The result is that the camera turns on whilst still enclosed, the lens tries to open but cannot, hence the gear drive mechanism is damaged resulting the camera no longer being operable, a design flaw which can easily destroy a good camera. Suggested cures are to remove the battery after use, but this seems very clunky.
I love this Camera. Very easy to use. Picture quality excellent. 4k video excellent and easy to use, lots of features, nice touch screen which flips 180 degrees for selfies, Battery life good, Once the wireless app has been set up on you're phone or Tablet the stored photos are easy to down load, Only slight down side. Its rather large. Apart from that Summing up .Its an excellent value for money camera with great picture quality
Good point and shoot camera. Does lose a little focus at maximum lens extension. I prefered the scn features in the tz40 to this one including the shoot through glass feature, and the camera body is not as solid, including where you plugin to charge the cover is flimsy. Also the spring that connects the battery is flimsy and I can see that coming away at some stage. stage. Overall, the colour is good and true to life and the camera provides a lot of good feature's.

Jpegs are nice and sharp although feel a little artificial but you can shoot RAW if it really bothers you. Video is nice and shows acceptable amount of noise when shooting in low light environment (like a school recital) given the small sensor. Pinching on the touch screen when viewing photos is helpful.Remember that this camera has a small sensor and won't perform miracles. Comparing to my Nikon A900: Nikon colours are better and photos are more natural, you can pause video recording and the screen tilts both up and down. Panasonic features are a mile longer and manual focus ring is a bonus.
While it's a little bigger than a traditional pocket camera, the TZ90 is packed with useful and easy-to-use features. You don't need to read the manual cover-to-cover to get started which is refreshing. Image quality is excellent & I love the screen/viewfinder operation (one switches to the other automatically when you hold the camera up to your eye). I also love the 4k burst feature which I use for birdwatching. I've also used it at car racing and it makes it easy to get a perfect shot of any fast-moving object. JUST LOVE IT !!!
