Panasonic Ne 1025F Commercial Microwave Oven, 1000W

Bought for my elderly mother who has Alzheimer’s. and has trouble with regular microwave ovens with complicated digital controls.It is very easy to use with a single dial, auto shutoff and a bell that lets you know when the set time has completed. It also cannot be set for more than 6 minutes at a time and there is no turntable inside. It is well made and quite effective. So far so good.

Great standard small commercial microwave. We mainly use this to heat up desserts and smaller items and it works perfectly. The time chart below the dial comes in handy very often. Easy to clean as well.

This microwave is used in an area that is always being used. So far it seems to be working pretty well. The size of it is a very good size scpecially if you have limited space like in my case. It feels very study. Very nice product.

Bought for elderly so not to fuss with the turntable

I bought this microwave as a really simple, no hassle solution to the turntable ones that seem like the only type available to consumers in Canada. Nella seemed to be the only place that sold a microwave without one. The price was reasonable given the import options. So far my 77 y.o. mom hasn't had a problem with it.

Door hinge making scraping noise

Annoying and concerning that the door hinge, when openening or closing it, makes a scraping sound. We've had it only 6 months, and although not a problem at first, it has been getting worse with time. Will try contacting Panasonic customer service, but this expensive, top-of-the-line microwave oven ought to be operating flawlessly. Our previous, much cheaper one lasted for 25 years without an issue. Not recommending it due to the poor quality in evidence already.

The microwave is a great little unit, although ours arrived defective.I inquired with ChefEquipment, explained the issue and they arranged for replacement.I was concerned about the process given that the transaction was online, the item size and our location (newfoundland) but customer service was excellent and streamlined the whole warranty process. Outstanding Microwave for Kids, Elderly & Dementia

This microwave is perfect for those suffering from memory loss. It has just one dial which can only cook for 6 minutes maximum. It is high quality, and the dial lights up to how many minutes you have chosen. It shuts off if the internal temperature is too high. It has an easy menu of cook times for soup and sandwich etc. My 83 year old mother just loves it, as do I knowing safety is paramount. Simple and works well

We needed a simple to operate microwave for a family member with dementia. This is effective and the dial is simple to operate. Since it only goes up to 6 minutes it also reduces the chance of the machine overheating and causing an accident.
