The ring is gorgeous but the quality doesn’t keep up with the design.it was gifted to me by my boyfriend last Christmas In less than a year I had to have it replaced already twice because, on two different rings, the same exact two stones fell off. It is a pity because it’s such a beautiful ring and from a brand like this, you expect the highest quality. My one year warranty is about to expire and I don’t know what I will do once those two stones fall off again. In my opinion, something is wrong either way the design itself, or stones would fall off from different spots, not always the same…

My amazing fiancé bought this for me I love that it’s super shiny and sparkles when the light hits it. After about 3 months of wearing it everyday the smaller diamonds started falling out. Pandora would only replace it one time after I got my replacement and wore it about a month they started falling out again even the bigger diamonds started being very wiggly I went back to Pandora and they said they wouldn’t replace it again which is very disappointing so now I’m unable to wear it because I’m scared the bigger diamonds will start to fall out.

I bought this ring expecting it to last, but within just a month, all the gold plating came off, leaving it looking cheap and tarnished. I went back to the shop to inquire about the quality, and the lady there told me it was just normal wear and tear. For the price I paid, I could have bought a real gold ring instead. I wouldn’t recommend this ring—it’s not worth the money and doesn’t meet reasonable standards of durability

Ring given to wife for Valentine's day. She wore it ONE day, and already many of the jewels along the band had fallen off. Band is VERY thin and not rigid. Went back to store to refund/exchange but was told it was our fault that they fell off and refused service.The charms are fine at Pandora, but will never again buy the rings.
This ring is stunning however the quality is not great. I was beyond excited when my boyfriend gave me this ring as a gift however after only 2 weeks a small jem came out of the side and one week after that a main jem came out. I was able to put it back in however it came our again and was then lost. I'm very upset that the price for this ring does not match the quality of it. if your looking for a significant other or yourself I do not recommend this ring unfortunately.
I had a lovely shopping trip to Pandora shop. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the store. The ladies there really helped me and my granddaughter choose a present and then helped with a couple of other things in the store. They were really happy to help and so friendly. I’d definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family.
My boyfriend bought me this ring 3 months ago as a promise ring. I read reviews prior saying that diamonds frequently fell out even with minimal use. THIS IS TRUE! Do not buy if you plan on wearing semi-often to regularly. I did not wear in shower, while washing dishes, while working, or while sleeping. But the gem still fell out. Very pretty but not durable.
This was purchased in store but after three months the stones on the ring sides started to fall out. It was returned to the store and, after a lot of disagreement with them saying firstly that it was bent and secondly that it should be removed every time the hand was put into washing up water, it was replaced. Within two weeks, and the ring being removed every time washing up was done, the stones started falling out again! Not the quality we expect from Pandora! This was bought as an engagement ring.

Got this ring as a gift a month ago for my birthday, honestly so bad you can find better quality im primark. They use fake gold clearly as it made my finger go green after a month. £100 for something that should cost no more than a pound. Went to the store it was bought in and they were not helpful at all. Dont waste your money on this ring. Shop from somewhere else honestly, customer service is horrendous too. £100 gone in the bin I would have got a ring from somewhere else if i knew it was this bad and they cant replace it.
