Really disappointed in the service. Paid extra to have the charm engraved front and back but it arrived blank. Called customer service and sent it back the next day to fix. I said I needed it ASAP for my mother’s birthday and they assured me they’d get it back to me quickly. That was over a week ago, I still have no charm, I’ve heard nothing and my mother had no present for her birthday.
