The bracelet is one of the most beautiful that I’ve ever seen but it seems to break easily because mine broke 15 days after purchase. Luckily they’ve changed for me but I’m afraid that it could break easily again.

I bought the rose gold.My bracelet doesn't stay clasped nor does it stay cinched.I went in store to return/exchange/get fixed. I couldn't exchange or return because I was just outside of the year of purchase. They don't fix or repair neither. The assosiate said "oh, no, we've been having alot of issues with this bracelet" and I asked if I can exchange it since it's a known issue and I was still told, no. I've lost Pandora charms because it started to randomly comes undone.(& we know Pandora is NOT CHEAP)

My wrist measured 23cm, so this was the only Pandora bracelet i could buy. But it is great. It looks really stylish, i love it

I got this bracelet as a gift a while back and was excited to finally join the Pandora club. Over time, I've received a few charms but this proved problematic for this bracelet as I continuously had to tighten it. I received a bangle as well in time and moved all my charms to the bangle hoping this will stop the issue. It definitely did not as I found out today when I discovered my bracelet not on my arm. Fortunately, found it in the car park at work having just fallen off my arm when I arrived. I've now resorted to putting a small elastic band after the slider ball in the hope it will keep it in place.
Nice bracelet, bought for a really good value as a gift set. This is a great option for when you don't know the fist size but wants to give a bracelet to someone.
Perfect for my wrist size. I bought it for myself and my eldest daughter and my father who has recently passed away. Our birthdays are all within a span of 5 days. So you could call us the September babies
This was a gift for a young granddaughter so it was important to have an adjustable chain. Apart from that, the adjustable chain is quite dainty and looks great on a smallish wrist.
I purchased this after having brought a bracelet previously that was too small and I had difficulty doing it up. I find the snake bracelet very easy to put on and am very happy with it.
