I have many silver bracelets & bangles, but finally I got the gold one which I am absolutely delighted with it. It is beautifully made, looks lovely on its own as well as a full bracelet full of charms.

I ordered the bracelet online and it was sent with a faulty clasp. It was very loose and it didn’t fasten up well. Also, the packaging was really poor. For £110, you expect so much better than this.

This is my second gold plated pandora bracelet. The first one faded within a year of purchase and they sent me a replacement for free. So I’ve had this one for less than a year and have only worn it twice ( it was always kept in my jewelry box) and it’s starting to fade. It’s not worth $200. I have other gold plated jewelry that I’ve had for years and it’s not faded at all and it was much cheaper than this gold plated pandora bracelet. The bracelet is pretty, but the quality sucks.

My daughter gifted it to me for Mother' Day back in 2018. I have only worn it twice. The first time I wore it the clip opened while i was in the washroom and lost the gold charms (very expensive) into the airport public toilet in Nov 2018. The 2nd time I wore it without the charms. Scared to put charms on it now. Since it was 6 months and I did not know the terms of the purchase after that I found out about the poor quality, I wasn't sure if I could get it exchanged. It would be nice, if Pandora offered to fix the clip at no cost.
THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I HAVE VISITED PANDORA IN CORAL SQUARE MALL, BROWARD MALL AND PEMBROKE LAKES MALL WHEEE I SPENT OVER $1000 TOTAL AND WAS TREATED BADLY. First place and order online for pickup in store in the amount of $315 where I added the free bracelet that I qualified for later to find out my order was cancelled. When I called customer and ask if they could have the item shipped or I pick it up at another store they refused to and only tried to offer 10% discount. I went to broward mall and spend another $325 only to find out they no longer have the bracelet which my other qualified for. When I went to pembroke mall I spend another $214 where they had the free brackets. I received a silver one for that order but they were unable to ... This is absolutely disappointing and had been the worse experience ever. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
I got my bracelet in christmas and its now summer and the gold on the clasp is almost fully worn off. Also, you can barely get gold charms, even online so I have only two-toned charms (mostly silver with a hint of gold). Not to mention the heavy discoloration on the silver charms in no time. Even putting them in the box it comes in doesn't protect them from oxidation, you have to store it in a special bag that slows it down.
