PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches 40 Clear Patches

These are my favorite spot patches. They stay put but are as "invisible" as can be on my light-medium skin. I like getting them from walgreens since occasionally they'll be on a buy 1 get 1 half off. I can use these in the day and feel like people eyes aren't drawn to it (which can be with other patches). that it until it's drawn out oils and forms the typical white circles. I can also use them at night and not have them fall off. It also doesn't feel like I'm causing more injury to the area when peeling them off. These forever have a place in my shelf for the price and effectiveness. I've tried maybe 5 other types of patches but unless someone tells me of a "holy grail" I'll only be using these. Packaging inside the box are four sets with 10 patches within like a paper sleeve. I do wish they would sell larger quantity considering the box has so much space inside though and since I can go through quite a bit when I break out -- which is why I typically save these for daytime and use Duoderm cut to size for night time (more obvious to the eye)

I rarely leave written reviews but this. Oh my god get it! I so wish I would've taken before and after pictures to show the drastic difference. I have a habit of picking pimples and had one I recently picked at about give or take a week prior and haven't really touch since. It had begun to scar and a dark spot was begining to form and was extremely noticeable. I bought this on a whim thinking if it works cool and if not oh well. I really want expected results since I had already picked at it but still gave it a shot. So I bought it and put it on after doing my nightly skincare and left it on overnight. The next morning. DO NOT BUY

I wish I could rate these 0 stars. They are absolutely terrible. I got them because you get more for a lower price than the hero patches. I guess you get what you pay for DO NOT BUY THESE. They suck the junk out of your pimple in under 20 minutes sure. But instead of closing the blemish back up it opens the entire are around the pimple creating a giant scab like crater in my face, these are the worst pimple patches I’ve ever tried. The photos below are the damage they’ve caused to my skin. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra couple dollars on the hero patches.

GET THESE- NO DEBATING JUST BUY THEM

If you’re debating to get these and normally use the hero ones, GET THEM!! I love that they come in 2 sizes and they work so quickly!! I saw results in as little as 45 minutes. I honestly think they work better than the hero patches and I have zero irritation with them. They stick really well and peel off when you need them to! I was breaking out really badly and essentially covered my face with them, I woke up with 90% of my breakouts GONE! No more bump or redness, and they reduced the size and redness of my 10% remaining breakouts. I highly i’m recommend these. Just get them! Also you get 40!!! 40!! for the same price as the hero ones where you get 24… must I say anymore?!!!?

Good

I noticed a difference after using 6 patches over thr same spot. There is no scent of it so it won’t be noticeable. Also, its quality is high as you can’t really see them or feel them by gentle touch. Their size is good for most spots, but I wish if there was some bigger ones for the larger spots. The package is very good as you can use single patch without disturbing the others. I applied 1 patch every night for a month over each spot and it gave me the benefit of reducing the darkness of many spots. I hadn’t experienced any sensitivity due to its composition or application. And I didn’t notice any dryness over the spot. It wasn’t a problem to moisturize after I appliedthem.

I would give these pimple patches five stars because they are really effective and the staying power is fantastic. They are the only pimple patches that actually stay on all night. Just make sure all your skincare has dried in when you use them and they will stay on the whole night. No more patches stuck to the pillow! My only problem with them is the packaging. When I opened the plastic packaging multiple patches stuck on to the backing and they were unusable. This happened with each set of pimple patches so five or six patches were wasted. Otherwise I'd give them five stars. I really hope the packaging issues are a one off or if not I hope the problem will be fixed. Pimples Pop right out!

I typically use Mighty Patch - But they weren't in stock. I kept coming across PanOxyl and have seen this brand a lot lately and it had more quantity for the price than the other brands. NOW I'M OBSESSED! These patches work better than any patch I have ever used. By morning any pimple I have covered the white head is pulled out and I have no soreness. My face seems to be clearing up faster than ever. It seems to be pulling up even the deepest pimples. I have been having really bad breakouts and these have been a tremendous help.

Used to be better

This is still the best patch for the price and my favorite to use. That said, the packaging changed at some point in the past year and now the paper covering is sticky on the inside causing some of the patches to peel off and stick to the paper instead of staying with the plastic piece. This makes it hard to peel off the patch since the adhesive side is then exposed and can get stuck to your fingers when trying to remove. I don't understand why they haven't changed the stickiness of the paper sleeve to reduce the stickiness. It's incredibly frustrating and I'm beginning to consider trying new patch brands. This had been my favorite but I'm not sure anymore.

Works!

In my mid-30s I started getting more acne, cysts instead of the acne I had when I was younger so I started using acne patches at age 45 and they didn't work until I started exfoliating. I think my skin is normal now, huge cysts can still appear but they now clear up quickly. I've also been on tretinoin for 5 years without success but I finally! figured it out. I have to exfoliate every ding dong day. The retin-a works now too. So I started using panoxyl face wash in the morning and the cysts, whiteheads and blackheads started doing much better but were still a problem. I then I made sure to gently rub in the face wash for a full minute (had to work up to a minute) and rinsed with cool water. But I was still getting acne so added in a peel once weekly and a microdermabrasion a few days after the peel or if my skin gets flaky. I have super oily plus super sensitive skin that gets insanely dry in the winter, not sure if it matters but it's fair but ruddy, thin skin.
