I am reviewing this Pantene colour protection shampoo as part of the beautycrew testing panel.First up, the packaging, very simple and easy to use design, no having to twist lid on and off with wet hands.The scent, I found it pleasant and not too strong. I did find it lingered on freshly washed hair for a little while which is something I really like.The shampoo itself is thick and creamy, it lathes well and works its way through my thick curly hair easily.It definitely has moisturising properties, as my hair did not have that dry stripped feeling that many shampoos leave. I received the Pantene Pro-V Colour Protection Shampoo to trial. Haven’t used Pantene in years! But this product is beautiful.Smells delicious, offers a faint scent post wash and dry.It’s is on the runnier side, but I used my regular amount and it lathered easily and satisfyingly.My hair colour is needing some refresh, so couldn’t attest to how well it holds colour, but given the formulation I wouldn’t be concerned.Have used the product a couple of times and my hair, which is usually coarse and frizzy, is noticeably smoother and softer. (The shampoo was used in conjunction with the conditioner from the same range and Pantene’s biotin hair mask)Would recommend to anyone looking to trial this affordable but quality product.

Thanks to review crew for allowing me to try this product! Overall, it's an average shampoo. The scent is quite strong like all Pantene products which I don't really enjoy to be totally honest unfortunately. It's got a runny consistency and is easy to apply. It lathers quite nicely too which is good. What I will say though is it made my hair quite greasy quickly. I usually wash my hair twice per week, but this made it go oily the next day. It didn't really do anything for colour protection for me and it made my hair super fragile. Since using it my strands break very easily. Overall, it's an ok shampoo but I wouldn't purchase it again and will continue using my usual all-natural and non-toxic shampoo as it works much better for my hair.

This shampoo made my hair feel amazingly soft and also made my colour look nice and shiny and bright! I have been getting my hair dyed blonde for a while now and this shampoo is now my go to for making sure my hair looks great and feels healthier! I also found it made my colour look really good and my hair has never felt so healthy! The product also smells great and has gotten me compliments for how it smells, my hair dresser even said that my hair looked amazing before my last colour! I was honestly surprised. Winter my hair gets dry and my roots flaky, after using this shampoo, it moisturised my scalp, i can feel my hair clean and you don't even need that much product. I have very thick hair and i was very impressed. I have spent a lot of money on salon products and this is fraction of the price, considering this is sold in supermarkets, after feeling my hair, you would think it was a salon product. I used a purple shampoo prior because i have a blonde balayage and usually that makes my hair dry but this complimented it well and i was left without that dry feeling loved the smell. I received Pantene Pro-V Colour Protection Shampoo to try. The product comes in a generous 375 ml bottle for $7.99. Which is a bargain, especially when you read what the product will do. It claims to improve, protect and revive colour treated hair by penetrating into the hairs core to cleanse with micro-polishers to smooth and refine the outer layer of hair. Whilst trialing for the first week, my hair felt soft, light no shiny. It kept my colour in without fading, so it definitely does protect your colour from washes. My scalp felt like it was really cleansed and removed build up of products. Foams up perfectly, only need a small amount for a great clean. Doesn’t feel heavy or leave any residue. I highly recommend.
