I really like how Paradise Herbs don't add a lot of unnecessary ingredients to their products. It's simply amla and the grape seed extract. There was no negative side effects, and I will continue to use this product in the future.

Pycnogenol is a lot more expensive than GSE and contains almost the same active ingredients. It is Very easy to open the capsules and mix with any food! Contains just GSE and Amla, no unnecessary ingredients. ActiVin Grape Seed Extract with Amla, 90 Vegetarian capsules. So I throw the vegetarian capsules away and use only what is inside the capsules.
