I did not want to like this because I hate Rose scents and figured the internet hyped this up like they did other scents from PDM. I purchased a sample and sprayed for a few days. After testing for days, I could not stop smelling myself. You do definitely smell the rose especially in the beginning but after 30 minutes or so it actually does turn to a beautiful, creamy scent. I donāt get much of the incense but do get the lychee and base notes. This is really a pretty scent. I havenāt worn yet so canāt speak for longevity or projection outside but I smelled on a scent strip for days and in my room for some time. Using the sample, I did smell for a couple of hours but it wasnāt much that I used. I wouldnāt recommend heavy spraying on this one. I have Delina, Delina la Rosee, and Delina Exclusif. The original Delina is by far my favorite of the three. It starts out somewhat Juicy and Tart, but ultimately it has the most beautiful Rose scent that stands out above all else. It has a sweetness; a fruity sweetness, not a sugary sweetness. It's so lovely that I would wear this year round as a day scent. Although most people would categorize it as a spring and summer scent. A very similar, but more affordable perfume is Viva la Rose by Juicy Couture. Also, Covered in Roses by Bath Body Works is a spot-on dupe (without the longevity of an edp of course). Delina la Rosee is the Aquatic Rose version of the three, and my second favorite, very nearly most favorite.
