I have not boarded the Dyson hair dryer train because I feel that my Parlux out shines all the competitors!! Mine has seen hundreds and hundreds of heads of hair and still performs like it did the day I unboxed it. It has the perfect amount of speed and heat to smooth even the most unruly hair and as a machine, it can take a massive beating!! The one thing I have noticed, I prefer the non ionic version over the ionic version...but that’s just my personal opinion.

My hair dresser recommended this particular brand to me and i was so impressed - I’ve now been using my Parlux hair dryer for a few years. The best thing about it is that I can literally dry my hair in under 5 minutes. I always underestimate the amount of time it takes to do my hair, so knowing that drying my hair only takes such a short amount of time really speeds up the rest of my morning routine. It also helps keep my hair in a much healthier condition than other dryers that I’ve owned in the past.

Bought this hairdryer on the advice of my hairdresser to replace my GHD hairdryer which had started to slow down. I am not disappointed, it is very powerful, lightweight and does a great job. I no longer need to use straightners after drying to get a smooth frizz free look. Highly recommend!
It really blows!My 3800 just died, this is much lighter and dries faster….. technology moves on constantly I guess.And delivery was ridiculously quick..( when your dryer dies…. You really need a replacement like yesterday!!!!! ….. so I brought two :rolling_eyes:)

I chose this hair dryer because it was recommended by my hair stylist and because it advertised it was quiet. It is wonderfully quiet, and appears to be very well made. It even has a nice extra detail of soft bumpers so when lay it on my vanity, it doesn't clang or scratch the surface. The pink was not my first choice for color, but it's growing on me!
