At first I was a bit afraid of spending so much money on a hair dryer but now I allow myself to enjoy it. My last hair dryer was a Parlux Turbo 1500 and it lasted me 25 years. These new hair dryers are amazing.

I treated myself to a new hair dryer for xmas, as this brand was recommended to me by my hairdresser and I wanted to have my hair look like it does when I leave my hair appointments and my previous hair dryer was I felt making my hair fuzzy.... I have found the Parlux to be excellent and have noticed the difference after drying my hair.. it seems much smoother and after straightening it stays straight for longer. I would recommend this brand, although I do feel this particular model is not as powerful as my previous hair dryer.. so could be slightly more powerful I feel. It's small and light weight with an extra long cord and come with two nozzles. Easy to use so 9/10 if only it was slightly more powerful... but is powerful enough and great results!

I bought this after my last Parlux died after around ten years of heavy use. It's a brilliant dryer - not too heavy and more powerful than my last Parlux. I'm amazed at how quickly it dries my hair now (I have fine medium-length hair, but lots and lots of it)! Hopefully it will last at least ten years!
Beautiful colour, light weight , dries hair very quickly & gives a better result that holds the style for longer than any other hairdryer I have ever used. The warm air it creates is gentle on hair ,reducing the static flyaway ends . I’m very happy with this purchase & thoroughly recommend it to others .
I have blow dried my 3b curly hair about every three days for as long as I can remember. After three trial blowouts, this is hands down the best blow dryer I have tried for damage control without giving up drying time. My hair comes out incredibly shiny and soft with visibly reduced damage compared to my previous blow dryer. That alone justified my keeping it. I will say it does not get as hot as my old dryer which means my hair dries in the same time (even though the old one is 2000W) but not quite as straight and frizz free. I can simply blow dry my hair and leave most days but a pass with a flat iron is needed for that sealed, sleek finish when it is either very humid or a special day. I bought this dryer online after my previous hairdryer (not parlux) admitted defeat on a busy Saturday in the salon. I chose this particular dryer after using a parlux in the past, I had never found another brand to match up to its quality. My parcel arrived immediately meaning I wasn't without a dryer in the salon.. Great news! Once I opened the box and saw the dryer was smaller than I had anticipated I felt quite silly for making an impulse online buy! I thought I had spent a lot of money on a 'travel hairdryer'.. I was so wrong. It has been put to the test with all different hair types and it passed with flying colours. My initial thoughts that it wouldn't be able to handle long, thick, curly hair was wrong. The dryer is fast, light and quiet-ish. I love it!
I purchased this with the matching diffuser for my curly hair. The lowest speed setting is far too strong to diffuse curls. Also the speed and heat setting buttons on the handle are in such a bad location that when holding it your hand keeps bumping them and turns the power off. Oz Hair and Beauty will not accept it for return as the box has been opened. This is not made clear; such a strict returns policy should be identified on the product description. I would not have purchased this if I knew I couldn't return it.
It is not universal, does not fit most hairdryers. BING LEE would NOT me a REFUND.Apparently it was my mistake it didn’t fit . It was still in original packaging and not used as it would not fit my hairdryer
