Patagonia Fitz Roy Icon Uprisal Hoody - Lagom Blue - 2XL - Men

I wrote a review earlier regarding my issue with the sizing (I'm a woman and ordered a L and got a women's XL and a men's L). I was very disappointed with the Patagonia reply that I could exchange it for free within a few days. I have enough errands to do and emergencies to tend to, I hate having another errand of returning/exchanging something, and an exchange probably wouldn't get here in time before my trip anyway. And the mistake in sizing was yours, based on sexism no less. (Hint-- calling something gender inclusive but then going by men's sizes exclusively in ordering without even indicating that, excludes women and nonbinary folk who don't go by men's sizing. I think you could do better here, by at least waiving the $5 return fee when I do have a moment to send it back.

Just a normal, nice fleece blend hoody. Worth spending a little more on for patagonias mission and general quality, warranty, etc but not a dramatically different product than youd get with any other basic pullover hoody. The gray-green color is a little more earthy/drab/military than expected. Not a bad color but it looked more minty to me online.

This is really disappointing to have to write. I received two of these hoodies one in black the other in grey. They fit great looked awesome. When I took them both off I was covered in fuzz which I was surprised by, so I decided to wash them, and air dry them when I pulled them out they looked fine apart from the black hoodie ripping from its seams on the hood. I couldn’t believe it. Not only was it now leaving fuzz everywhere, the seams ripped and after they had dried the length shrunk an inch at least. (Air dry) I paid 110 each for both the most is ever paid for hoodies expecting if I paid this kind of money I’d have these for years. Boy was I wrong.
