I was initially a little surprised because I expected a cotton fleece material, but it's more of a thick French terry. So it's a little lighter weight and feels a bit stiff out of the box. Once I got it on, it was quite cozy. It feels like it ought to wear well, and the construction is solid. The weight and fit should work for layering a jacket over it on rainy days.

This is not soft at all. It is stiff and uncomfortable. Very disappointed. I have every intention of returning it.

LOVE this sweatshirt!!!! My son stole mine and I had to order another. It?s not the typical sweatshirt material that tends to pill over time on the inside. This is a light sweatshirt and the perfect light material. I would not consider this a warm sweatshirt but it?s perfect for Texas ?winters?.
Just okay. Material is a lot thinner than I was expecting and is rather rough on the inside. Head hole is also comically small—I didn't notice while putting it on, but I struggled to take it off. Would not have purchased this (especially at this price point) had I seen it in stores first.
Love this new hoodie by Patagonia. Super soft, longer for the fall and winter months to stay warm. Made of a thicker durable material. Love the blue color also!
It’s perfect. Sleeves are the right length, good fit throughout, and organic cotton to boot. It is not fuzzy on the inside but I appreciate that for something I want to wear year round. Great layer under my puffer in cooler weather, or own it’s own in warmer temps. Got the navy and it will be a new staple for me. Sized up (typically fit a small but got medium for a bit of room and glad I did)
I’m 5’7” and I love the length of this hoodie, i.e. generous but not excessive. I also love the raglan sleeves. As a previous reviewer mentioned, it is not super soft and cozy. However, it’s also not bulky. It can be worn under a jacket without feeling crowded. It’s exactly what I wanted. I wear a medium in Patagonia mainstay tee but preferred a large in the P-6 hoodie.
