I bought 7 balls of this and the wool was delivered in a disgraceful condition. Some balls had been dropped on the warehouse floor and were covered in dirt, others had been rewound and frayed, some had no labels. I would be very wary of buying wool from Big W Epping. No care taken and I especially bought Patons as its supposed to be a good brand. Most disappointing as I was intending to make a babys shawl...

This is my favourite wool for baby knitting. Washes well and is very soft

Lovely quality, soft and easy to work.
I love using Carnival wool from Big W. Always works up beautifully. It has a really good range of colours and is always consistent with its ply. Have never found a bunch of knotts on the inside as I have with many other balls of wool.
The picture looks baby pink but the description says lilac - I purchased off the picture colour and it wasn’t the colour I thought I was getting
