This serum has been a staple in my skincare routine for 8 years now! It’s lightweight and after long term use, I’ve noticed it’s made my skin more supple, clear, and radiant. It layers well under moisturizers and makeup and is gentle enough for daily use. The price is very good for how long the new pump packaging lasts. Only downside is that it feels like a lot of plastic and isn’t recyclable. This is the one product from PC that I am auto subscribed for and receive at a discount every 3 months! It doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin and has never caused breakouts. It’s a nice product to use if you do get a breakout as I feel it helps the skins healing systems along so you can bounce back faster with minimal scarring. Give it a try!

After doing a bit of damage to my skin barrier, I stripped my routine wayyyy back. This is the only serum I'm using at the moment, and aside from some hormonal breakouts when expected, my skin is in the best condition of my life. I love that I can get my niacinamide and hyaluronic acid in one step, which my combo/oily skin seems to definitely prefer over layering lots of products. Love ❤️ this product! Brilliant!

My favourite serum. When I first decided to purchase this product it was mainly to try something that could help lock in the moisture and would be suitable to mix with vitamin c booster and won't irritate my dehydrated from prescription retinol combination and prone to acne skin. "Dear me" it works wonders my skin feels more smooth so radiant and it evens your skin tone so you look like you have been having 8h of REM sleep. Great serum when using along other PC products in my case. Worth trying if you combo/prone to acne as it is so light and it absorbs so quickly.

I made an order like two days ago, and I already received it. I've been using and loving with PC for 8 years. I can't even believe it.. I'm 25 now. Since I wasn't in the United States. This serum was launch out around 4 years ago.It is great as a moisturizer for oily acne prone skin which is exactly I have. The serum is super lightweight and feeling great also not clogging my pores. I don't know what anti-oxidants ingredients exactly have done on my skin, but I just feel great and my skin is very smooth by using this.I have to say the new container is another win and it is such a smart idea!! Whoever has used this serum will notice the serum can change the color from light yellow to the dark yellow after two months or three months later. It means the content of this serum got oxidized. The new container is a pump airless dispenser which minimizes the oxidization, Who doesn't want their serum as fresh as it can? Also, it is beautiful!!!I have to say people who design these new packages for PC are brilliant.Also, The new container of 2%BHA LIQUID is black matte finished surface which is super good-looking, as well as the new makeup remover. You know what? I always recommend PC's products to my friends, they really like the products but most of their complaint is PC's package. Now I think they are not going to have any compliant anymore.

Disappointed as my skin was very irritated

I really wanted to like this product, but within 3 days my cheeks became red and burned, so I stopped using the product. It took a number of weeks for my skin to settle down and I had to stop using all of my other skin care during this time. I do have sensitive skin, but I do seem to be able to handle PCs BHA 2% exfoliant and even the BHA 9 treatment (both of which I love). When I contacted customer support they recommended the Calm Redness Relief Repairing Serum for me instead, so I will try this.I will say however that my husband has used this product for a year and had no reaction and likes it. So like they say, not all products suit all people.If you have sensitive skin, just buy the trial size!

Great for tightening and brightening

I've been using this product for about a year. My skin tends to break out from the slightest thing it doesn't like, but this product isn't one of them. I recently ran out while on a trip away, and within a week my skin started to look duller and the skin around my eyes became saggy (I'm in my late 30s). When I started using it again my skin looked brighter, plumper, and the skin around my eyes was nice and tight again within a few days. I couldn't believe how good it was! Only down side is that I ran out because I had no idea I was that close to the end of the bottle - it's so hard to tell!

I like it...so far!

My sister is a big Paula's Choice fan and kept pushing these products as they work wonders for her skin, so when I was running low on my serum, I decided to purchase the Ultra-Light Serum just to check it out (this was back in Sept). I like it...so far! It quickly absorbs in my skin; I use it twice a day after toning and before moisturizing. I can't really tell if my skin looks firmer, but it definitely feels it. Plus, it leaves my skin softer, too, and without any irritation.

While it is very hydrating for my oily/combination skin and it does even out my skin tone, an hour post application my face just gets oilier and that's using it on its own, without a moisturiser. One day after using it, I noticed new whiteheads around my mouth, chin, jawline and middle of the face which I don't normally get. I thought it's just a normal reaction to the new product so decided to stick with it. 3.5 weeks later I gave up because I had at least one new spot every two days which I didn't appreciate at all.. I would buy this product again and again

I regret complaining about silicones in the past .I could've tried this years ago. this serum has a matte finish and it's perfect for oily combination skin it truly is feather light and enough hydration, especially if you layer products. I layer this with Aha gel and skin balancing ultra sheer daily defense SPF 30, And have not experienced any issues. Thank you PC for your research, and products.

I just had to add to my review before. This is the most elegant serum I have ever used. Thank you for the poly silicone 11 with it's powder finish. I am very impressed with the ingredients. if you need to tone down some of the shine from other products, the poly silicone 11 in this will do that. The serum does not cause clog pores or acne and has a light hydration. Thank you PC for this excellent product!
