Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 25% AHA + 2% BHA Exfoliant Peel, Fragrance-Free & Paraben-Free, 30 ml

i used to have a really bad skin after breakout during pregnancy. I always wear mask to go out to hide my ugly skin. after using some products from paula choice, now I can confidently show my skin to the world. this exfoliation peel help me to get rid of the death skin without dry out my skin. i only use it once a week. in order to have the best result ,you have to wash your face and let it dry completely before apply the gel on, and leave it for only 10 mins. then rinse it off and follow with deep moisterizer to avoid dryness. i also use retinol 1% treatment 3 time per week to prevent acne and aging skin 🥰. what I don’t like about this little guys is because it is expensive and the smell is not pleasant !!!

So I got a sample of this after an order from Sephora…. And let me tell you, I bought the full sized product the next day! The smell of this product is quite lovely and yet subtle. It has a lovely lavender hue naturally due to the ingredients. As it is a gentle chemical peel, my face had a little tingling for the first couple minutes but it subsided rather quickly. This product left my skin feeling sssoooo soft, refreshed, and bright!!! No redness or irritation. And it’s only a 10 minute mask. Just pure beauty from this product and I’m obsessed. The best part!!! A little goes a long way…. And the price alone is really reasonable. Especially for the quantity of the product you get along with the longevity of the product since you only use it once a week.

Amazing and must try!

I have combination skin and my trouble areas are typically my T zone since I get alot of build up which causes clogged pores and texture. Texture lately has not been my friend, my skin looks and feel bumpy. I have sensitive skin and this did tingle a bit but right away calmed down after washing off and applying my regular night time products. Immediately my skin felt smooth and appeared even. The next morning my skin looked so radiant I was blown away, I feel like it also helped my other products deeply nourish my skin. After 2 weeks of using this product 3 times my skin feels a lot more smoother and even, my makeup is applying evenly without the unevenness. I am really impressed by this formula and can’t wait to see how it improves my skin even more!

Anti Aging Exfoliating

This is such a unique product. When I opened the packaging and squeezed the product I notice the most beautiful colored product. The product is a pearly blue purple that almost looks like it has shimmer. Each time I used the product I applied it to clean skin and let it sit for 10 minutes. When rinsed off I was pleased. Wow, this product made my skin look much smoother and noticeably brighter, which I love. I also noticed the pores on my cheeks looked much smaller. This product definitely resurfaced and brought my skin back to life. I would recommend this to anyone for exfoliating.

Good product but I expected more dramatic results

This is very nice product. Very convenient to use and only once a week, makes my routine simple. I never get irritation or dryness from it. Somehow it leaves my skin hydrated. It smells good and the consistency allows me to avoid more sensitive areas like arond the nostrils. I have used this consistently for almost 2 months now. I must say with such strong exfoliating acids I expected more dramatic results. I can't say I see any diffierence. I don't use any other forms of exfoliation on my face. I don't have acne marks or any other skin issues that would need drastic improvements but I expected a brighter complexion and the closed comedones on my chin to dissapear. Also I had high expectation for it to help with my milia. So far this product has not helped there.

Great results, glowing skin!

This product was gifted by Paula's Choice. I have normal/combo skin that's blemish prone with some dark spots and fine lines. My skin is well acclimated to aha/bha ingredients so I didn't experience any sensitivity when using this which was great. It's a nice thick, almost jelly like texture that glides on smoothly and covers well without having to use an enormous amount of product. After rinsing it off my skin felt baby soft! My skin had a glow to it and felt hydrated and rejuvenated. The pores around my cheeks near the nose were visibly smaller and after a few uses some of the dark spots I had have lightened up. I can't recommend this highly enough if you want to get visible results in the skin issues you're dealing with.

Cannot rave about this enough. I have used a similar product from another brand (we all know the one- it's red)But honestly this is so much nicer for my skin. It doesn't burn, leaves no redness on my sensitive skin.I personally like the smell it's almost chocolate like - this smell is the butterfly pea flower to my knowledge. It's also Sooo pretty.The only reason this doesn't have 5 stars is that it's a little expensive for the amount you get. But next offer day with this one I will repurchase I cannot be without it nowUse1-2 times a week followed my hydrating sleep mask

Lovely addition to skincare regime, use once a week

I bought this after seeing Nadine Baggot do a piece on acids. I love the skin perfecting liquid, and use it a few times a week. This seemed like the perfect compliment to add in on a weekly basis. The first time I used it my skin looked and felt amazing the next morning. It's a beautiful addition to my skin care regime. I did notice a big difference between using it before bed, and using it in the morning. My skin looked better for applying at bedtime and sleeping. Woke up with gorgeous skin. I feel using in the morning was a mistake as the application of my lotions and potions seemed to negate the benefits a bit.

Redness massively reduced OVERNIGHT!

I cannot yet comment on the long term effects of weekly use for this product, however I used this last night and am so happy with the results!I have hormonal acne in my chin area with lots of redness. I used this peel last night along with the clear skin treatment and resist anti-aging night moisturiser.I woke up this morning, and the redness was massively reduced. The product smells a bit gross however I much prefer a temporary uncomfortable smell than the inclusion of fragrance in my skincare.I would buy this product again just for use when attending an event the next day to have reduced redness on my skin! But obviously am hoping it helps my skin overall in time along with my usual BHA liquid.

Wow. What a game changer.

I started using Paulas choice around 3 months ago and to tell you the truth its been a mainly positive change. To find a brand which does a line aimed at an older woman with oily skin is an absolute miracle. To then find an item which does a better job than a face scrub, but is gentler on the skin is brilliant. Im still getting used to the brand and have come up with a few breakouts, so am experimenting still. With that said, this product stays. I use it every day, twice a day and its amazing. My skin is silky smooth to the point where my lash lady asked if id just had a facial before my lash appointment, my skin was so smooth. Great product, highly recommended.
